This hotel is family to us
We stayed at this hotel back in August and everything was great.This stay was better than great. Salma Alchahal is the same manager that took care of us in August and actually remembered us! We remembered her but I can't believe she also remembered us. My husband made a comment about her great memory and she said who forgets their family Mr.B! We are always impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and felt very special that management referred to us as family ❤ This is officially our favorite hotel. Thank you Salma and staff for making every stay pleasant and comfortable. We won't stay anywhere else because this hotel and the great people who take care of it do it from the heart❤
The Best hotel in ohio
The staff is amazing always respectful! Great customer service always there to answer any question or attented to your needs at anytime.The rooms are beautiful very up to date and clean just as the rest of the hotel. Plus the hotel is in a nice convenient location there plenty of places to eat and visit like parks or the polaris mall. I'm telling you I truly love this place,you will too!
Remodeled Hotel for a good value
I wouldn't call this hotel luxury by any stretch, but it was in desperate need of a remodel and they recently finished the renovations so the rooms were clean and modern. The price point was also very affordable at less then $100 a night. The room is still the same size and on the small size as well as a small bathroom. Not much privacy in the bathroom with the new slider door, ours didn't fit well and had a big gap into the bedroom. Furniture has been updated as well as two large tvs one in bedroom and one in living space. All and All this hotel is fine for a weekend or business stay, Its conveniently located and clean.....again no luxury romantic getaway but very functional.
Deluxe hotel
This hotel is sleek,sophisticated and Clean with a capital C! There was even a basket of masks with a witty note that read Need one. Take one. Don't have one? Than you need one! There was sanitizer available everywhere. The moment I walked in I noticed the saftey precautions the hotel had in place and I felt comfortable right away. We were in town visiting our son and he was so worried about us staying at any hotel. He suggested we stay in his tiny apartment. We went back and forth about the hotel stay the entire 3 hour ride down. He lost that argument and We are so glad he did! The bed was spacious and comfortable.I called down for extra lotion and was informed that someone would leave it in front of our door and knock and leave for a contactless exchange.This hotel is serious about safety and We really appreciate that. We spent 2 nights and enjoyed every minute! The staff was charming. We are in columbus twice a month and won't even look anywhere else. This is our new favorite spot!
Amazing hotel
Spent our wedding night here and it was amazing. Beautiful hotel and the suite was perfect. Staff was fabulous. Salma and her staff were so gracious and made us feel so welcome and so special. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a excellent value and a exceptionally clean and friendly place to stay.
