Le urge una remodelación, no muy limpio, nos quedamos dos noches y no nos limpiaron el cuarto, el baño con gotera en la llave de la regadera, el desayuno no esta muy bueno, sin embargo las personas que nos atendieron en recepción muy amables, muy económico pero no lo recomiendo

Room service was great came everyday I also thought the front desk staff was very pleasant especially Gopal. I actually locked myself out one night and he came to help me get back into my room. I would recommend.

Not so quality at all. Bathroom tub clogs up whenever you shower, bathroom seems outdated with peeling paint, zero water pressure, bulbs don't work I had to request a bulb from the front desk, laundry facilities don't work, at least half of them don't. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the housekeeping staff are wonderful and are timely.

I stay here fairly regularly. It is a decent place, fairly clean, rooms are inexpensive, breakfast is OK. It is convenient to a lot of places. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good place for a night or two, not a vacation destination.

We stayed here to attend a football game at nearby Wesleyan University. At 1st appearances, all was well. The lobby was clean and the room large, clean, and comfortable. However, around 3:00 am, I heard disturbing noises coming from a nearby room. I went to the desk and informed the clerk that something was going on and should be checked out. I never did get back to sleep. I saw the clerk later in the morning and he said he knocked on the door and no one answered. Huh? The noise continued all night! My grandson, who was staying in the room above me, also heard the noise. As I checked out, I again mentioned the issue to another clerk. She said, "We are aware of it. That is all I can say. Next time ask for a quiet room." Because of the proximity of this facility to Wesleyan, I will probably give it one more try, but, if the same situation continues I will call 911 and let the police investigate it.
