Hotels in the Mystic area are quite pricey during the tourist season. I am glad I picked this hotel for a four night stay. It really was a compromise between the much more expensive hotels in the area and the budget motels that all seem to have poor reviews. Staff was quite friendly. Room was clean and fairly recently renovated. Some areas of the Ramada you could tell had not be renovated for a long time, such as the halls, elevator, and pool. I would come back.
Less than Average

Exterior Property is run down! Interior pool area is dingy and just plain old and hallways are also run down. This place is in need of a major overhaul! Checkin manager was very pleasant, breakfast just not up to par but this is due to Covid and CT laws. Hot tub also closed due to Covid. All in all it was on the low end of okay but it’s overpriced for the condition of the property.
Never staying again!

Room smelled like dirty socks and foot odor. There was mold in the bathroom. There was also no TV guide. Breakfast is a small bag though the website claimed it would be a continental breakfast. Towels for the pool had to be fetched from the front desk a long walk away with no signage in the pool area indicating this. We were told about nothing when we were checked in.
Would not stay again

Website shows a continental breakfast, what we got was a brown bag with OJ, fruit cup and granola bar and a water. My girlfriend is a diabetic and needs a balanced breakfast so we had to run around to find something. Water ran brown for few tries from faucet decided to buy water bottles for rinsing mouth. Room was clean, bed comfortable but bathroom needs updating.
