Good choice

Reviewed 7 october, 2021

This was a quick one night stay on our way to Nashville. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. They do have a breakfast although it’s a grab and go it’s enough to get you back on the road. Coffee was pretty good as well. We would stay again.

Uncomfortable roach infested Hotel.

Reviewed 7 september, 2021

This is a roach infested hotel. The night clerk was nice enough to mover us to another room but the comfortability feeling was already gone. I asked if they ever had a exterminator come to the hotel and she said she wasn't sure but from the roaches we seen it was obvious that they do not pay exterminators to clean that nasty Hotel. Stay out of room 223.

Decent Motel Style Property

Reviewed 4 august, 2021

Convenient to the Interstate, older motel-style property, older furnishings - but everything worked OK. Average AAA rate, good internet service, helpful staff, a bit noisy at night (some large families crammed into the rooms next door and I had to listen to them fight over who had to sleep on the floor most of the night. Some decent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was pretty much nonexistent - coffee was about it... Parking is a challenge here, especially for large vehicles. Motel sits on a hill with very steep drive - you can easily bottom out on a large vehicle. Despite Covid, staff were adamant about not getting vaccinated or wearing masks. If you have lots of luggage, ask for a first-floor room - if you want quieter, ask for a second-floor room away from the outdoor pool. I would probably stay elsewhere if I had other options in the area. Definitely would not plan an extended stay here

Roadside Motel

Reviewed 29 may, 2021

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. It was also handy to backup to the room door. The room however is in need of a renovation. There is damage on the edge of the door and outside light is visible under the door so the seal is suspect. The bed is clean and comfy and the bath has a nice granite top and new under mount sink. The shower/tub combination has two cigarette burn marks on the edge. The room has a faint smoking room smell too. Yet the carpet is in very good shape. Overall, the place needs a facelift.

Excellent all around

Reviewed 2 march, 2020

Everything was clean, everything worked, bed was comfortable, good shower, walked across the street to Cracker Barrel, good breakfast served. This room was everything I needed after a 15 hour solo trip from Tampa. I slept like a log. I've paid twice as much at the more expensive chains and this one was just as good as the big boys.
