Thank you Shane for attempting to repair our air conditioning and having the forethought to bring another room key with you !! Bravo on your attempting to fix the A/C but you are a most excellent customer service provider!! Kudos!!

Good deal

With gas at almost $5/gal i was looking for a little more affordable lodging. Found this place and walked in. Yes they are under construction and yes parking appeared a little limited and sketchy. But we were warmly welcomed by professional and couteous desk staff and given room 413 on the seconf floor. She saw my skepticism and assured me 413 is in fact on the second floor. There were some patches on walls but nothing that looked weird ir digusting, it looks like they’re doing improvements which to me is a good sign. Our room was mostly updated everything worked as it should and we didnt find any dustbunnies or toothpaste smears or stray hairs (always looking for that kind if thing) so it felt clean. The linens were sparkly white and crisp. Bed wasnt exactly spa-like cushy but we slept good and i didnt wake up with my back out of spec either. Honestly my biggest complaint was the “hot breakfast” was waffles, no eggs or meat or biscuits and gravy. I did see some bagels but they were in the storage room so maybe we missed breakfast but it was only 8:00 when we went down. Overall i would recommend for the price if you’re in the area. A few quirks but worked out fine.

This place is being remodeled heavily. Plus a regular guest said that 3 people quit so our room wasn't vacuumed and the bedspreads were just casually tossed on the bed. Otherwise the room was fine. Nice guy at the front desk. Lo and behold however, no breakfast whatsoever. Not even a dedicated apple. They blamed covid 19. We have stayed at many hotels who have figured this out. On the road 200 days a year. I don't blame covid, I blame the lazy manager.

I stayed here for work. It is under renovations. They told me that when I booked it, but it was worse than I expected. However, I stayed and my room was fine. Nothing bad nothing real good. Just a comfortable room. The fitness room was not much, and there was no breakfast. Would stay again if I absolutely had to.

Horrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!
Opinión escrita el 19 de septiembre de 2020
Absolutely horrible! Chose to stay here since it was where our Jiu Jitsu competition was being held the next day. Got a nonsmoking room and the room reeked of smoke when we got in there. Went to call the front desk to advise them and realized the phone didn’t work. The room was filthy with toothpaste smeared on the sink faucet and hair everywhere in the bathroom. Very loud voices from other guests. To top it off, had to park in a lot that says “guests park at your own risk”. Ended up leaving after being in the room for 15 minutes and stayed at the Fairfield Inn. (Much better option!)
