Hotel espacioso y practico y funcional. Piscina mas parecida a jacuzzi grande que a piscina, y poco apetitoso. Muchas opciones para comer justo en frente del hotel, como applebees, pizzeria, steakhouse, y algunos ofrecen descuento si te alojas en el hotel. Desayuno muy justito pero incluído. Buen parking enfrente del hotel y gratis. Personal dispar, entre muy educados y amables algunos y de lo mas desagradables otros. Gimnasio con 4 maquinitas y poco mas.

Would stay here again because my expectations were met and as a matter of fact, I, we family members stayed here in the past when it was a Best Western motel. Easy access and exit from Hyw 10 and shopping district in Coon Rapids
First and likely last experience at a Wyndham property.

I usually choose Hilton or Choice for my hotel needs, La Quinta in a pinch, but had a "free" rewards night and needed accomodations for a last minute trip The hotel description on the booking website said masks were required. Upon check in, a sign said they were "optional but recommended". I was disappointed because I booked this hotel specifically because of mask requirements. Check in was also not "contactless" as advertised. Front desk employee was very nice and efficient
The room was good sized but in obvious need of repairs. Stains on carpet, dings and dents in paint/wallpaper, tape on windows. Everything seemed oddly damp. TV was not working. Front desk blamed the cable company and offered a $15 discount, but when I informed them I had prepaid through my online booking, I received nothing. No attempt to fix or offer a different room. Breakfast was as expected; mostly pre-packaged items, a few hot microwaved items (eggs, sausage, potatoes). Not great quality but okay.
Check out was fine. Again, the staff person was pleasant and efficient.
Upon returning home, I realized I left something in the room. Housekeeping was able to retrieve it. I thought the hotel might be more helpful in arranging its' return. They gave me a phone number for the local UPS store and I took care of the rarest myself. I'd never had this happen before, so I don't know if this is standard or not.
Had I paid full price for this room, I would have asked for a partial refund due to the condition of the room and the non-working TV.
With all the available options out there and businesses trying to bring folks in the door as people begin to travel again, it's simply not acceptable to blame lack of repairs on Covid anymore. It took much longer than 18 months for these rooms to get in this condition. Also, to advertise a level of Covid protocols but then not even come close to them is extremely disappointing.

This hotel is in an area were labor challenges are very difficult. We stayed here during the end of July. During our stay the staff made sure that all of our requests were addressed. They continue to work and make people feel welcome at all times. The staff is amazingly kind!

This hotel is run down and way overpriced for what you get. The bathroom was dirty, the breakfast area was a mess and you don’t get a comforter on your bed! If your in a pinch and desperate, maybe but otherwise stay away
