Awful! Really not a 1 out of 5. A 0!

We got there at 8:30 and they were still cleaning rooms, ours and the people checking in before us. When we got back from dinner and went to the room, it was mostly clean. There was water on the counter. No soaps to wash hands. No wash cloths. The comforter was put on hap hazardly. Pillows without pillow cases. There are holes in the wall that have been filled but not painted over and the tub didn’t drain hardly at all. I would never go there again and never recommend it to anyone. $100.00 it was not worth.

It’s a budget hotel and that’s exactly what you’re getting, the bare minimum. The one amenity I wanted was the swimming pool because we were having a birthday party. In today’s technology, hotels can’t seem to figure out how to update their website to say that their pool is not open.

Worst hotel overall experience ever

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my lifetime and this one was the worst. There was blood on the shower curtain and crumbs on the bed and no comforter on the bed when we came in. As much as all of these things were changed, comma it took a very long time and name and the professionalism of the professionalism of the manager was non existent. That period we had to battle just to get a refund for the rooms and still have not gotten a refund for the pet fee. Will not be going back to this particular location and will not recommend it

It took over 30 minutes to check in and when I got to the room my key cards didn't work. They didn't fully clean the room and they almost charged my card twice. Thankfully the lady stopped him from charging my card again.

Appreciate all the accommodation, thank you for making my daughter feel safe and comfortable along with her service animal during our emergency move. I would stay here longer if we could, well definitely recommend
