The staff was some of the friendliest, this part of town has it's classic charm and Store Kongensgade has tons of small shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the (room service) breakfast was delicious. The hotel it self could need some updates.
Classic nice hotel with high service
We have stayed at Phoenix 3 times now for our yearly Christmas-tour and have always enjoyed our stay. The rooms are classic styled with a cosy atmosphere. Super nice central location in the heart of Copenhagen. And the service is very professional and high.

perfect location and really clean. Great breakfast and the staff is really great for any assistance. would gladelly return again. the location really in the center is also great, and the room is really quiet
I would stay here again
I like the hotel, it is classy looking. The service was great. I liked the breakfast. The room was spacious. Easy to walk everywhere and at the center center the metro was close walking distance. Easy all around
Lovely hotel
So happy I booked this hotel. It was a great location just a few minutes walk from the metro. The metro goes straight from the airport into the centre which is perfect and easy. The room was lovely, clean and couldn’t fault it. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
