Deseptive website, broken toilet, flickering lights, thoughtless management. I booked 5 nights at the Windsor through the hotel's website. When we arrived at the hotel ( after 29 hours of traveling) our reservation details were incorrect. Lucky I had an email confirmation to verify that we had 3 people and where staying 5 nights. They set up a third bed in the room but it seemed like they were doing us a favor instead of correcting their mistake. The next day, our toilet handle broke ( two days to fix) and we had a randomly flickering light in the ceiling near the door the entire time. We booked a "Superior" room from their website and it definitely was not! The wording and photos on the hotel's website describing our room were deceptive. When I asked the front desk (and eventually the manager) if they could comp a night and/or our first dinner, it was a clear and definte "no". I asked for late checkout on our departure date and they wouldn't even comp that! My wife,and daughter both booked a massage at the hotel spa and it was the worst massage of their lifes. On the positive side, the restaurant was fantastic. The gym was nice. The bell staff and maids were friendly and the rooms were clean.

This hotel is a fantastic value! It easily exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the main square. The service was great. They help me change money, locate stores, and tell me information about the area. Everyone was incredibly accommodating. The facilities met all of our needs and in good condition. The pool, sauna, and spa were nice to have. Breakfast was great too.

The Windsor hotel is the best place to stay in Córdoba due to it's location. It's very close to the main touristic sites in the city. The staff in this hotel were always very helpful and very kind. The rooms are very spacious and all of the hotel is very clean except the pool where I think their should be more supervision due to many people using it as ashtray and they should also reduce the size of the keychain to your room key due to the space it can ocuppy in your pocket. I also suggest they should add a little more variety to the breakfast buffet that is served everyday. Overall; I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms comfortable, amenities good, excellent location, and the staff superb. Special mention should be made of the restaurant options. The coffee shop area is casual with a varied lunch menu of good quality, but the main restaurant is truly a gourmet experience without being terribly formal. Our waiter was outstanding.

One of the nicest stand alone hotels we have stayed in while in Argentina. Natalie greeted us warmly at reception and was extremely helpful during our whole stay. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, we were lucky to have a beautiful view onto the courtyard and church tower in front of the hotel. There is a quaint pool/bar and sit out area on the 7th floor which is a welcome relief from the heat of the city. We ate a lot in the hotel bar in the lobby as both the food and service was great. The steak and side dishes was really good. The on-site restaurant is also one of the best in the city. The staff here work hard and always have a smile and a greeting for you. Keep up the good work.
