Very quiet place, restfull
Opinión escrita el 5 de Septiembre de 2019
I could have stayed there in The garden all the week and not go to seaside.. the place is quiet, the rooms are cleaned everyday, there's the possibility to cook and WiFi works great. The owner is the most kind person on earth and it's cheap too. Happy for this choice

Perfect location to the town, very friendly and helpful staff, good facilities and only a short walk from the town centre while still set back enough to avoid too much disturbance at night, very good value for myself and 4 other friends. Asclepion at about a 40-minute walk from the hotel, 5-minute walk from the main bus station with regular buses to locations all over the island for very reasonable prices, overall very convenient location and very happy with our choice of accommodation.
Quiet and convenient

Well, a car is needed perhaps for those who hate to walk 10-15' but, all in all, it is a decent and economical choice. Some cleaniness issues maybe but nothing intolerable. People who run it are helpful.
Really nice and quiet

I loved their flat and the garden. Really nice guy running it too.
It's a bit tucked away from the town center, so you'll need a bike or a car. It's super quiet, and has a great greek taverna just opposite. Totally recommended

These apartments are located about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Kos Town (easy 2 minute bike ride, which you can rent for around 3-4 Euros a day). The apartments are not particularly clean and super basic, but pretty much in line with the standard in Greece for this price range.
There is a nice communal garden, and they seem to be doing some work to tidy up the property, but it's just not quite there. The apartment is in a residential area, next to a vacant block, and seems a little cut off from Kos. Also, you'll need to head to town if you need anything, as there's nothing around other than a restaurant across the street.
The two people we had interaction with were not really helpful at all. They were an hour late to check us in, "too tired" to offer their laundry service and were a bit too relaxed when the power was out for a few hours. Also, the free pool at the "sister hotel" is just a free pool at a neighbouring hotel that anyone can use... and it looked packed and gross. None of this particularly mattered to us, as we spent most of our time in town... but if you're expecting to use this place for anything other than a 'base', I would consider something different.
