One of the best holidays!
After covid cancelled are previous holiday, we were just happy we could get away as a family but were pleasantly surprised of the standard of the hotel. The rooms were absolutely stunning. From the movement we got there everyone was incredibly welcoming. A special thank you to Elias from the entertainment team, he was very friendly and funny. After finding out i dance, he nicknamed me butterfly feet(this name went on for two weeks.... and made me smile each time). Thank you to Sarah, who welcomed us each meal and took the time to have a conversation, really made mum happy and the manager (didn't get his name) but again made sure we were happy. Before we went we looked at previous reviews, there were a few who complained about the meals being either basic or on repeat, the drinks not being high end. While this may be so, it didn't at all stop us from enjoy the holiday. As someone who is definitely a picky eater, I had MORE than enough food to chose from, and when i found something I likes I knew that in a week/two weeks time i'd be looking forward to having it again. just a little note- from someone who has never been to Greece before, i didn't know about the mosquitos. PACK REPELANT. they do have stuff on site if you need it. could not recommend this holiday enough.

Clean, luxurious, beautiful. The food was fab, and the pools were lovely. Plenty of choice for evening drinks and the sunsets were out of this world. Look out for the wild tortoises on the beach - so nice!

I was with my friends first time in hotel 🏨 pelagos We had a nice room very big the food was so delicious 😋 The animation team was so friendly DJ was playing nice music and the team leader he was so professional and friendly speaking many languages helpful the animation girls was professional we had a nice evening’s shows Dance 💃 show The staff was friendly we will come back next year thank you

Having come across this hotel for a decent price we decided to book after reading the positive reviews. The hotel itself doesn’t disappoint, very luxurious, room was one of the best I have stayed in for an all inclusive standard (however I feel we may have been upgraded). 3 pool areas cater for all holiday needs, whether you want to be in the heart of the entertainment or the chilled out pool towards the back. Food and drink was of a high standard for an all inclusive. Italian restaurant quality was extremely good with personalised touches if it’s a special occasion. Staff across both of these restaurants are a credit to the hotel. Always smiling, polite and efficient. The entertainment was hit and miss. Some good nights some not so good. Bearing in mind it was towards the end of the season so not much was expected from our behalf here. All in all a good stay for price we paid.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Very specious with beautiful grounds. Rooms are large with massive and very comfortable beds. Hotel is absolutely spotless and all facilities are well maintained. Food is to die for ( in the two weeks we were visiting we haven’t had the same meal twice ). Staff are all absolutely exceptional from maintenance to managers. Nothing is too much trouble. Spa is just unbelievable. Hotel have adults only areas and children sites. Quiet corners and fun ones. There is something for everyone. Hotel have its own beach with stunning views. It’s within walking distance to Kos Town. In relation to COVID-19 hotel introduced number of measures which make you feel safe and looked after. If you want to relax this is the ideal hotel to visit.
