I have stayed here for business projects and it is the best deal in town. Rooms have frig and microwave oven for food/beverage, and staff are accommodating for various requests. It is ideal located off the 405 freeway on Harbor and plenty of food options and grocery within walking distance. Walikng distance to Hooters.

This place needs to be shut down. I think they are paying people for positive reviews. I stayed here a few years ago and it was not this bad. When I tried to contact corporate both numbers listed online did not work. There were roaches and some kind of jumping bug I’ve never seen before. The older female that checked me in was rude. I asked to check in early and she said nothing was available. When I said that I’d like to cancel there was a room available. There was a bug on the sheet on the bed and when I asked housekeeping to change it she just gave me a look and seemed like she didn’t speak English. I went to take the sheets off and underneath there was a bunch of food and trash. A different housekeeper came and changed the mattress cover and sheets but there were so many roaches. I think they kind of pick who gets there nice rooms and who gets the bad rooms because it is a huge place. I think there are three or four separate buildings. If you stay here make sure to shake all your things out and disinfect everything. I can’t imagine how many homes have been infested from this place. I cancelled the rest of my reservation and it took a long time to get the refund. Even if you are desperate do not stay here. Sleep in your car. Jail is probably more clean.

Just stayed here for my first time on a business trip from Texas. Real nice place and good people. I was booked in across the street at Motel Six and didn't like it at all for its being condensed and a tad noisy. I spotted this place and gave it a try and happy I did. Based on my own brief experience, I agree with the previous reviewer that some of the bad reviews below are so extreme and absurd and don't make any sense. Y'all should give this place a try.
Always an awesome place to stay.

Like another reviewer said, this hotel is great and keeps getting better. Check-in with the friendly front desk staff is always smooth. Housekeeping is friendly, super hardworking and always does an awesome job. Maintenance people are friendly and professional and always ready to help on a moment's notice. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. I book here often for business in the area and a couple of items are worth noting. First, the new bedding is gorgeous (see my picture). Second, each room is now equipped with four charging ports that charge super fast (see my other picture). Also, each room has an excellent free-standing work desk. And the cable TV and free wifi work flawlessly. In-and-Out, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, El Pollo Loco, IHOP, Denny's, Flame Broiler, Raising Canes Chicken and Taco Bell are all within easy walking distance. A nice Target and Rite Aid are also close by. In conclusion: The negative reviews that I see on this page are so overdone and unreasonable that I just don't trust that they are from actual customers. And I think that these negative reviews are kind of insulting to all of the terrific and hardworking people who work at this hotel.
Disgusting and horrible

This place looks ok from the outside but that is the only good thing I can say about it. It started off with bad attitude from the front desk clerk and went downhill from there. The room smelled bad and it wasn't clean. The linens were threadbare and the bed sagged in the middle. There was constant activity in the parking lot all night and I can only guess at what was going on. The Internet worked off and on and was too slow to be of any use. To top it off the front desk clerk refused to give me a bill when I checked out and just said that my credit card bill would show the charge. I would rather sleep in my car than to spend another night here. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
