Reasonable price close to public transportation

Good hotel pretty close to public transportation. Older, but updated for tourists. Got a little warm in summer. Price was reasonable for Krakow. Picturesque building. Front rooms can be a little noisy in the evening, but not bad.
In between train station and main square

My husband and I are bloggers. We enjoyed our stay here in February. The hotel was clean and well maintained and met our expectations. The buffet offered a good variety at breakfast. Located a short walk from the train station - and a short walk to the main square we found it ideal for us. Great value for money. Outside the weather was very cold - if you are visiting in winter pack lots of layers to keep warm outdoors. Nearby the hotel we found a gorgeous vegetarian cafe - ideal for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Please see our bio.
Grand old building
Reviewed 15 march, 2020
We stayed 1 night in March. The building is quite grand and from what I understand over 100 years old. This makes me give the review an extra star as there must be many issues with a building such as this. The twin room we had was big and quiet however we did hear building work in the morning but once that is finished I can’t imagine guests having problems with noise. The lift broke down while we were there - not a huge problem for us but the stairs would pose problems for anyone with mobility issues. Two of the lights on the hotel sign also need replacement. We didn’t have breakfast or dinner at the hotel. The staff were efficient.
A great hotel close to the historic city centre

We stayed here for three nights, and really enjoyed our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, it is only a couple of minutes stroll from the historic centre. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and very quiet. I think we were lucky here as our room was at the back of the hotel, so quiet, other guests at the front of the hotel, had more of a problem with noise. So if you do stay here then I would suggest you check out the location of your room. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of cold meats/sausage, and local cheeses. One quibble was as is so often the case the coffee at breakfast was terrible. The only other minor issues were there was a great shower, but no bath, and there was only one pillow on the bed, and I needed two, but neither issue spoilt our stay. If we are ever back in Kraków, we would certainly stay here again.
Perfect old world charm and service

Stayed for two nights on half board basis for my wife's birthday at this charming hotel. Located just minutes from the old town and within easy walking of all the sights. The hotel was quite old with many original features, however the rooms were tastefully decorated and had all the amenities you needed including very comfortable beds. The restaurant was the gem of the property, large extensive buffet breakfast and for the little extra cost the evening meals were amazing. Large plates of freshly cooked meals, all wonderfully presented by attentive waiters. reasonably price good wine was also available. All in all and excellent choice in Krakow.
