Had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly and nice especially Santah Afonso who was helpful and kind. Rooms were decent and comfortable. Would stay s as gain and recommend. At this time due to COVID breakfast took a bit of getting used to - left outside door.

I've stayed at Jury's Inn for a over nine days in the last two weeks and they've made every element of my stay very pleasurable. A small mishap during my first stay was smoothly and efficiently handled by one of the Duty Managers, Rodney, who has been nothing short of courteous, pleasant, efficient and helpful. The rooms themselves are incredibly pleasant. I'm here to work so the desk space and the comfy work chair really help and the WiFi is very stable. All essential things for the business visitor. There are some rooms that receive less natural light than others, so I would suggest you mention this at check in if it's important to you. As it's Covid times, it's also useful to state the restaurant has lots of safety measures put in place, social distancing, regular cleaning and sanitisers around the reception area. I will happily come back again and again and would recommend this hotel without reservation.

I stayed for 6 weeks in this hotel for business and every single day I was served by an extremely polite and forever helpful woman called Ludy. She made my stay feel very comfortable by being welcoming and always smiling despite having to run around and serve drinks and food to the entire restaurant. A great compliment to that hotel. The other staff also were very professional and friendly. Because of their service I would be more than happy to stay again.

I've been staying here for the last few weeks and have mixed experiences with this hotel, some of which could have been resolved prior to my check-in. If only they had checked the room. I was allocated a room that some one was already in. If only they checked the electrical supply. I was allocated a room that had no electricity supply. If only they checked that the food leaving the kitchen was hot. I have had to send back a couple of meals that have not been microwaved properly. Having said all this the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is especially true of the restaurant supervisor, Ludy. Her high level of customer service is outstanding. She makes this average business hotel with iffy food a pleasure to stay in. If only all hotels had a Ludy.

I have been staying in this hotel for 3 weeks now. Best part of my stay is the lovely Ludy who is the food and beverage lady. She's always so happy and polite she really makes you feel at home. Excellent customer service always greets with a smile. She is a superb member off staff.
