Once we found the entrance in the dark we was met by a security guard, he was very helpful but very little English but helpful as we didn't have a code to enter hotel. The reception area was clean and tidy but the hallways to the room were very smelly, I had to cover my nose!. The room was very depressing and the air con was rubbish. The bathroom was dated and grotty. I'd not stay here again.

We stayed here for the England V Wales Euro 2016 match. This was my first time driving to France but hotel was easy to find and there was free parking. The hotel room was clean and tidy but the shower was a little grubby. The breakfast wasn't up the scratch but overall I would stay again if I couldn't get a hotel closer to Lens central.

chauffage ridiculement bas impossible à régler sans service de proximité impossible de régler le chauffage aucun service pas d'interlocuteur alerte à deux reprises sans effet ne pas utiliser cette chaine hôtelière

Très bon séjour, hôtel très propre et personnels accueillants ,les conditions sanitaires sont très bien respectées, ayant passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel, j’ai apprécié le fait qu’on ne rentre pas dans ma chambre durant mon séjour pour effectuer le ménage afin d’éviter le contact avec la femme de chambre. Je recommande cet hôtel !! Je reviendrai lors de mes prochains déplacements ! À bientôt

Bonjour, Je me suis présenté ce jour afin d’effectuer une réservation lors de mon arrivée deux dames m’ont reçu à l’extérieur de l’établissement sous la pluie en m’informant que l’hôtel était complet. Tout en sachant que ces dames étaient entrain de fumer donc je doute fortement que ce soit les réceptionnistes qui m’ont reçu, car recevoir des clients à l’extérieur de l’établissement sous un temps de pluie n’est pas professionnel. Je ne me présenterai donc plus à cet établissement est ne le recommande pas du tout!!!!!
