Novotel Curitiba Batel

Perfect stay! Kind staff, hygiene protocols, restaurant is great with well served dishes and very tasteful. Suite was amazing, spatious, well equipped and many amenities. Jacuzzi and shower were great, enormous bed. Overall a great experience.

Towels were dirty. The points have still not been credited many days after checkout. The bed and pillows are not very comfortable. The pisco sour in the Peruvian restaurant downstais is awful. A very mediocre hotel.

Stayed here in January, 2021. The stay was good. Positives 1. The front desk guy ( the cute fat guy) who sits in the afternoon is an extremely nice, polite, efficient front desk manager. ( The girls, who monitor the front desk in the morning need training to be faster). 2. The room is efficient/comfortable bed. 3. The internet was very good and useful for anything. 4. The shower pressure was decent. 5. The best part of this hotel is the in-house restaurant, Ceviche. EXTREMELY good food, excellent service. I hate all my meals here and I highly recommend this restaurant, even if you are staying elsewhere. 6. The location is excellent. Centre of city centre. Negatives 1. The gym is very tiny. It did not inspire me to use it, though I am a frequent gym goer. 2. The front desk is understaffed at peak hours with only 1 person. It can be a problem to checkout if one wants to leave fast, as some of the staff is untrained and alone at the front desk. 3. The room is quite tiny ; has no view of anything. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. And plan to use it many times, in the future ( I personally prefer this hotel, to its nearest competitor in Curitiba – NH the five). Hope the senior manager, reading this review, can improve training of front desk staff and have 2 people monitoring in peak hours of traffic. Hope you found my review helpful? Novotel was a good choice for 1 night in Curitiba. Very good location, clean hotel, pet friendly and the staff is friendly. The room is very clean. The service room has a good menu and fast. Good breakfast and an exclusive table to stay with pets.

We stayed at Novotel Curitiba Batel for Christmas holidays, 3 days, and had no trouble at all during our stay. Room are very clean, cozy, and well-managed, and restaurant was so good for breakfast and dinner as well. Especially Mr. Ailton at reception, he is completely professional, kind and could give all the information to us, who are strangers to Curitiba. It was very helpful and he could communicate with us in English. We had very comfortable time thanks to him.
