The original building was Tune Hotel and Fox Lite Hotel has taken over since October 2019. Pros - Located at the shopping mall, comfy bed, fast checkout. Cons - Slow checkin (15 minutes of waiting), slow drainage in the sink, dirty toilet bowl and seat, bad wifi connection (there was a connectivity issue during our stay), smelly rubbish can at level 8 lift, only shower foam bottle and soap are given as toiletries. In addition, please remember to validate mall parking ticket at the receptionist upon checkout so you only have to pay rm3. Also, about 10 minutes before 12pm checkout, the door alarm system will be ringing out loud - good to have it as a reminder that you need to checkout but I think it is a bit humiliating as you can hear it outside. In short, okay for 1 night stay.

This hotel, previously known as Tune Hotel, is now owned by Regus. So far nothing has changed. There's some renovation going on at the ground floor. You need to take the lift to the 6th floor where the check-in reception is located. Room is clean and comfy. There tea-coffee making facilities. There's a hair dryer provided as well as shampoo and soap. Do bring a toothbrush and toothpaste. It's right next to a shopping mall so it's absolutely convenient to get food or other necessary items. However, it's quite far from the city centre and you need to call for grab. It's good for a short stay or two but for longer days you might want to look elsewhere.

I have been to this property for some several times from Feb 2019 until its last date of Tune Hotel. The hotel now rebranded and unable for me to book the hotel through travel agent. Its okay. The room, the shower, the bed especially are so comfortable and makes me fall in love on it. I always choose this property for these reasons. The staffs are so friendly and kind. Will book again in future.

Devica is very helpful and thoughtful. She fulfills my request even though I didn't say it. Room is nice, bathroom space is bigger than expected. However, fan and air-cond are quite noisy. I hope the hotel can make improvement on that. Location is very good.

Rooms Smell Unpleasant

My husband and I stayed for one night here. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. Check in was pretty straight forward. Location wise, very strategic with the mall and many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. However room cleaning needs improvement. The bathroom and room has a musty/ damp smell. And there were mould stains in the bathroom. It is really a very basic hotel with all the basic amenities so don’t enter with high expectations. I guess that’s what you get for rm90/night. There are plenty of room for improvement especially in the hygiene area. The staff were really helpful and were quick to respond to any enquiries we had via WhatsApp. They were even nice enough to allow us to leave our bags in the lobby after checking out while we went to the mall to have lunch!
