We were working at the local hospital and looking to stay at an affordable , comfortable , quiet location and we found it here . They’re located right off of 581 away from traffic just off the AT. Older place but clean with a free continental breakfast . Pets are allowed for a fee but we didn’t see but a few dogs . Check in was easy , 10 dollars and we checked in early breakfast included . Close to restaurants , fast food by the interstate and local food within a few minutes . Room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable . Front desk staff was polite and quick checking people in. If in the area again , this is our go to spot .

Absolutely the worst place we have ever seen. 1st clue should have been when we checked in attendant said if the room was unacceptable they would move us to another she gave us the keys and then before we drove away she ran out and changed our room, I can't even imagine what that room looked like. Upon entering room knocked back from smell of mildew, lamp shades were falling apart, refrigerator dirty with what looked like black mold on seal of door, bathroom dirty with hair dryer having sticky residue on it, wrappers on floor and behind tv, cobwebs hanging from ceiling. and the door had shoe prints on it. Could go on and on. Left and went and got another room up the street it was so bad. Disgrace to the Wyndam chain name.

Always have a great experience here despite being a ways from work. Great staff and quick check in. Property is clean and safe and owners take pride in the appearance and standards. 15 minutes from downtown
Hellish hole in the wall

I unfortunately had to book a room at this hell hole of a hole in the wall due to an area power outage that wasn't going to be restored until the next morning. I arrived with my cat, we get checked in, and get our room keys. I'm wondering around trying to find our room in a dark not so safe looking area. It takes a while to find the room. Thankfully I did see police patrolling nearby. We make it to the room, we're getting situated, I enter into the bathroom to find a nasty bathtub. I go back down to the front desk, and ask for cleaner so that I can clean it myself; the lady at the front desk says that they have no cleaner yet there's a bottle of Clorox cleaner underneath the counter- clearly visible. She says that she would tell housekeeping about it, well that's not helping me when I'd like to take a shower now or first thing in the morning. Being unhappy with her response, I requested to get a refund and leave, and she then becomes demeaning, saying that 'if you would have come back to the front desk in 15 mins, you could've gotten a refund.' I told her that it isn't my job as a guest to immediately come into the room and do a white glove check, that's housekeeping's job. I suck it up as best as possible, try to settle down and go to bed. Once I get in the bed, I then see a bug and cobwebs hanging from the walls. This with the dated old furniture and nasty carpets (stained, not vacuumed, with old food on the floor). The next morning I wake up to find that I slept on sheets that there was a possible blood stain on. I call down to the front desk, speak to a man who is equally as rude. He told me that it wasn't possible that there was blood on the sheets because housekeeping changed the sheets. I don't know what sheets they changed but it was not those. I go to checkout and the man wrap up by having a heated verbal exchange in words. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOLE IN THE WALL. I told them that I would be writing a review and turning them into the health department, which I still intend on doing. They only care about getting your money, they could care less about sanitary conditions.

The outside is run down, the inside is nasty. You will be charged per person apparently, even when you have an amount to be paid on the website, you'll be charged more when you arrive. Money hungry nasty people run this place.
