Reasonable room good kitchen, shower was a bit dirty. The main issue was noise from the room below l might as well went it with them could hear everything. Would probably stay again just my bad luck this time

My daughter, a student on limited income, booked this as a surprise for the two of us for 3 nights, to visit friends and family. The room and facilities were clean, the view over the sea front was lovely. But the radiator in the room did NOT work, despite the handyman assuring us 'he'd turned it down because the previous guest had said it was too hot'. IT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL!! We were there for 3 nights and the prevailing weather outside was freezing fog. It felt the same inside. Avoid room 14 unless you want hypothermia!

Totally disgusting I paid £162 for 3 nights in a double room. I had no bed side tables no dressing table no mirror all of these I think are quite basic. But there were none.There was a dirty sponge left on the sink. There was sugar and coffee left in the caddies they looked like they'd been there for months. The mam who answer's the call is awful had no manners at all even hung up on me when i tried to raise my issue. I would be writing go back nor recommend to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Just don’t bother with this place, freezing cold and smells like the plague. £50 a night is an absolute joke. The gentleman who works there is nice enough though. Waited in reception for 15mins before been contacted.

Disappointing

Very disappointing, could only get the free WIFI downstairs. It's apparently no longer a 'hotel' but a 'hostel' so it shouldn't advertise itself or call itself a hotel. The reception wasn't even manned, I was sent an entry code to gain entry through the main door and then another code for my room.
