Excellent hotel in a fantastic environment. At arrival we received a very warm welcome by René & Manuela (and their lovely kids). During our 10 day summer stay, we clearly experienced that René and Manuela are extremely passionate about taking care of their guests. Really amazing! Very comfortable, clean, child friendly. And let's not forget the excellent food we enjoyed! Next to that, the hotel offers immediate access to stunning walk routes in fantastic mountain sceneries.

This was our first time to Damuls & we were not disappointed. Manuela who owns & runs this establishment also has a 3 bedroom apartment for rent to families. We stayed there for a week & really enjoyed it. The apartment is equipped with everything you could want. 3 bedrooms sleep 6 people. The view from the apartment is simply stunning! Nature & fresh air at its best. There are a ton of things to do foe families such as hiking, sight seeing, flying fox & suspended rope park for kids. You are only 45 min from Switzerland border so we also went to Zurich for lunch one day! The only downfall is that there is only 1 bathroom & washing machine is located in the building basement & costs €1 per 2hrs. If you forget to take washing out before time runs out, you must put in €1 again just to open the door! Note to people driving to Damuls.....DO NOT drive the road through Laterns! It is a very small & narrow mountain road, only big enough for single car but it is 2 way road. Instead, go through Bregenz or Bludens & then through town of Au. You definitely DO NOT want to take the road through Laterns.

My husband and I have just spent 2 night`s here. We received a very warm welcome on arrival from the lovely owner`s/Manager`s. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. It also had the advantage of a balcony and the views were stunning. The Hotel offer`s free wifi too. You are able to ski directly out of the Hotel which is fantastic.The evening meal`s were excellent and also catered for vegetarian`s. The breakfast was buffet style and offered a wide variety of choice which was very good. There is a small bar in the Hotel which has a friendly atmosphere. The Hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. The pool and surrounding area is fantastic where you are able to chill and relax. There is also a sauna and steam room. All staff where extremely polite and helpful. We would certainly recommend staying here. We plan to return.

Das kleine Hotel besticht durch natürliche Eleganz und Komfort zum Wohlfühlen. Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich fein, kreativ, abwechslungsreich und berücksichtigt Jahreszeit und Region. Jedes Menü ist ein Erlebnis. Das Hotelierpaar und die Mitarbeiter sind ungewöhnlich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Hier fühlt man sich zuause und liebevoll umsorgt.

Meine Frau und ich haben dieses Hotel zusammen mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar über ein verlängertes Wochenende besucht. Nein, nein das Leitmotiv des Hotels "wir nennen es heimkommen" ist kein Marketingspruch sondern absolute Realität. Selten haben wir uns in einem Hotel vom ersten Moment an so wohl gefühlt. Dies liegt unbestritten an den wunderbaren Gastgebern Manuela und René. Auch was die Infrastruktur betrifft, gibt es nur Positives zu berichten. Hier einige Stichworte: - Eigener, teils überdachter Parkplatz - hochwertig ausgestattetes Zimmer, das eine erholsame Schlafqualität bietet, sowie mit einer fabelhaften Aussicht auf die Bergwelt - Wellnessbereich (u.a. mit Indoorpool, mit Gegenstromanlage) der kaum Wünsche offenlässt - umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet - 5-Gang Menü auf hohem, kulinarischem Niveau am Abend Noch ein kleines Detail am Rande: ein Apéro im Bademantel auf der Sonnenterasse, mit Posaunenbegleitung durch den 9-jährigen Sohn des Hauses war einzigartig. Kurzum, wir waren von A bis Z begeistert und haben mit Sicherheit nicht den letzten Aufenthalt in diesem ausserordentlichen schönen Hotel verbracht.
