Jennifer, Silvia & Marcelo were very professional and helpful during my stay. It’s clear that they enjoy the work they do, and also support each other as a team. Happy with my stay, and I hope to have other opportunities to come back to the Hotel.

Saved A Wedding Weekend

We had booked a room as part of a family member's wedding at a boutique hotel down the street (where the rest of the wedding party was staying). When our room had an AC unit that was blowing hot air on a warm fall day and there were no other rooms to move us, we went down to the SpringHill Suites, which was an overflow hotel for the wedding. Thankfully, they had one room available due to a cancellation (between weddings and youth sports, they were virtually full). The only wish is that they could have done better for us rate wise after explaining our situation. They could not give us the block rate the other wedding guests there had, so we had to pay more than double the rate at our original hotel the first night as walk-ins. The room was smaller than we had originally but was in very good shape, and everything functioned. This room would be a bit cozy for a larger family (even with the sofa and pull-out bed underneath it), so such people might want to go elsewhere. There are a lot of connecting rooms (which does invite more noise from the adjoining room) but it was manageable with earplugs. There was some wear in the elevator but the hotel did not show its age much. The breakfast is the new Marriott program that uses more pre-made food (rather than things like eggs & bacon) and the waffle iron was only out on weekends. Again, it was serviceable but definitely miss the old breakfast.

Great Stay

This is a clean, friendly place just off the interstate. We rented the "one-bedroom" suite (which is not a one-bedroom but rather an oversized suite, about 400 sq ft). Very comfortable beds. Genius "sleeper couch" situation, where a trundle bed pulls out from beneath a firm twin-sized couch. Four of us each had "our own bed" and slept quite well. The room is configured a bit oddly, with an awkward shower/toilet/sink outside the door set-up -- but it was fine. Little fridge, no freezer. Two TVs. Okay breakfast. Good coffee. Very friendly staff. A pleasant stay.

SpringHill Suites in Danbury is an excellent choice when staying in the area! Beautiful hotel in a great, quiet location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, well designed with lovely decor. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fitness centre. The only improvement I would recommend is in-room safes.

This hotel is just average. If your doing an overnight it will be fine. It is outdated. I would not stay here for an extended time. They do offer continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and courteous. We stayed here with a bus group overnight.
