I traveled with my three kids here and a member of their staff walked into our room at 11pm while we were sleeping. Turned on the light and stood in the doorway. They claim to have lost reservation only to find out a day after I arrived, and booked a second room they had it the whole time. This staff was completely incompetent and rude. Never will I go back.

The staff was friendly and provided a nice list of local restaurants - and their recommendations. Quiet hotel. The room was clean and had plenty of outlets. The microwave and the mini-fridge were also a nice addition. And... it is a nice walk down a country road to the gas station to see "THE PINK ELEPHANT" - well worth the walk to take a selfie with this vintage elephant.

Great, But 1 Problem

I enjoy staying here, but the mini fridge freezer compartment did not work properly and turned my ice cream to mush, otherwise a great stay! Staff was great, just a bummer my ice cream had to be thrown out!

Staff is VERY FRIENDLY and helpful. When I checked in it was snowing heavily and the staff was shoveling the sidewalks. As soon as it stopped the snow plow was cleaning the parking lot. When I checked out in the morning the lot was completely clean. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the pillows were very nice, both soft and firm.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for one night. The person at the desk who greeted us was polite. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was big and tastefully decorated. The beds were super comfortable, “wanna buy the mattress and pillows for home” kind of comfortable. We checked in quite late but were told we could order a pizza from the hotel bar. We went to the bar and the seats at the bar were full. We would have liked to sit down at a table but the tables in the rest of the room looked haphazardly pushed to the far end of the room like someone moved them to vacuum but never put them back so we left to find something in town. The continental breakfast in the morning was great. Food was fresh and delicious unlike some places I’ve stayed at. We never used the pool because it was closing soon by the time we arrived.
