A very pleasant stay
We stayed here for 5 nights - in town for a family emergency. Room was clean and comfortable and the kitchen allowed us to have meals in during Covid. Breakfast had plenty of choices for our Covid limited world - there were yogurts and fruit and muffins and hot sandwiches. Front desk staff was always welcoming. I would stay here again if I was in the area.
Very Sstisfactory
We stayed 10 nights to be close to our daughter and her new baby. George at the front desk helped us feel very welcome and comfortable. Measures taken to protect against COVID were appropriate. Room was comfortable and had the space and amenities we needed. Pool is closed due to pandemic but workout facilities could be used by limited numbers at a time. We will use this hotel again for our next stay in a couple of months.
Amazing stay
I had a very awesome time staying at this hotel. From the moment i arrived to the moment i left. George at the front desk was very nice, courteous, friendly, and helpful. It was my birthday and unfortunately i also had to go to a funeral the same day and he was very respectful of my situation wishing me a Happy Birthday as well giving his condolences. I had a good time and will def come here again. Thank you George.
Second stay in 6 months
This is our second stay at this hotel in 6 months. We stayed on a Saturday night. The gentleman (likely a manager) working the front desk was welcoming. He gave us all the pertinent details about the goings-on at the hotel and smartly didn't mention out loud our room # in a lobby full of people for security reasons. Thank you for that. He asked us if we wanted a higher or lower floor. We got an end of building top floor (3rd floor) room which was perfect for us. The room was as expected and clean. This time the hallways were quieter (I realize this can be hit or miss based on particular guests at the time of stay). The location worked well for us and the price was about what we wanted to spend. We would likely stay here again.
housekeeping stole dress from closet
Really disappointed with customer service run around after my dress was stolen from my closet by housekeeping and I was told that I would be reimbursed but never received reimbursement or follow up email. Hotel clearly knows who goes in and out of rooms by their key but they chose to give me a complete run around. I was even promised by corporate headquarters that the hotel had "dropped the ball" but they would make sure I was reimbursed. I've been trying to get resolution since September 20 when my family booked at least 5 rooms for a funeral. Very disappointed
