the room was filthy hair all over the shower and sink. Tub had what I guess was paint peeling off it. It was really very GROSS. I know this is not a great word to use in an official report but it might hit home with most people. VERY UNCLEAN111111111111

Overbooked nightmare!!!

Received our room key, and found the room had been occupied. The clerk removed their belongings and gave us the room without cleaning it. Was notified by the previous occupant that it was their room. Had to sleep in our vehicle due to being told that they overbooked the hotel. There weren’t any hotels available duevto the LSU game.

Dirty as can be. White towels were yellow, halls , stairs smell badly bugs in room. Booked a non smoking room when checked in they say only smoking take it or leave it , run down and extremely pricey for what it is.

SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT IN DENHAM SPRINGS

The bathroom had mold/mildew on the walls and ceiling’s. The lobby locked a door to rooms and you couldn’t get out through main entrance. Had to use exit doors if you wanted to go to your car. I wasn’t expecting this to look like it does because I had researched it online before I made the reservation.

A “Poke n go”

Buckled flooring. Room alleges handicap accessibility, Not wheelchair accessible and ONE handle to assist exiting bath. Toilet IMMEDIATELY clogged. Caulk around toilet and floor gets all over feet. Lamps destroyed. Damaged wall. Broke hair dryer. No coffee pot. Must hold the microwave to open/close. This was a huge letdown!! I joke with my husband and tell him I won’t stay in a “poke n go.” Welp, this is pretty much what you’d call this place.
