So clean and beautiful!
So clean and beautiful! Great location and good value! We had an issue with the sofa bed not working in our first room but we called the desk in the middle of the night and they immediately brought a new room key card for us to move into. Great service!
Had a pack n play for the baby
#United canceled our flight and we've got a little baby. Needed a place to stay, and this place had a pack n play. We got there late and they had it ready for us. Everyone got a good night sleep. Baby slept great in the pack n play.
Disappointing and frustrating
Apparently the locks were being changed on the hotel and after going to the front desk 3x I finally got one working key for my room. However the key would not work for the pool or entry back into the building from the courtyard, neither would the digital key. At breakfast I asked the attendant for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. She handed my a packaged bagel. When I asked her to toast it in the toaster right beside the bagels she told me I had to take it back to my room to toast it. I Informed her i had already checked out of my room.
Car was stolen from the parking lot
My husband and I went on our dream vacation. We used the park & fly option at he Yampa Street location. We spent the night before or flight at this hotel and the next morning took the hotel shuttle to the airport. We were charged to leave our vehicle in the hotel parking lot for the week we were gone. When we returned the following Saturday night, our car was gone. No one at the hotel was able to provide any information regarding when or how it had gone missing. There are no cameras and no security is provided. By the time we finished dealing with the situation, it was very late. Since we live 100 miles away, we spent the night at the hotel and made arrangements for a rental car the next morning to get home. The front desk attendant did offer to compensate our room for the night. However, we were never contacted by management of the hotel to offer an apology, assistance, or a refund for the parking fee. Ten days later I finally emailed the hotel Manager. I was concerned he may not have even been told of our car been stolen. He did respond the following day and "finally", offered an apology. Unfortunately, his written response was cookie cutter and came across insincere and robotic. This was a horrible way to end a beautiful vacation! I would highly recommend paying to have your vehicle parked in a secure parking lot. The hotel Manager also stated, "Unfortunately the entire Denver metro area has seen a rise in this type of crime over the period of this COVID-19 pandemic and most businesses in Denver are working through similar problems at the moment." Wow, that just screams STAY AWAY!!!
Customer service Exceptional
I reserved 2 Rooms for me and my family through Booking.com. However I was not able to stay and requested a free cancellation. To my surprise I was charged on my card for the rooms though I did not use them and requested to cancel ahead of time. I was so distraught because I could not afford to lose $192. I called the Hotel and spoke with DANYA. She was amazing 😍 She listened, understood, and handled my situation to satisfaction and was so cordial and polite. I had such a positive experience with Ms DANYA that I will definitely use Home2 suites Everytime I visit Denver. Thank you DANYA, you represent this establishment very well 💕💕
