Stayed one night on our way out west. Very clean facility, check in was painless. Room was well furnished and the bed comfortable. Plenty of parking as we had driven into Denver. Unfortunate that we had to take to toll road, but was the quickest way there. Breakfast layout was ok, only real downside was that their coffee machine was broke and the pot they put out didn't look that appetizing. Plenty of places to eat within a short drive. Price was reasonable compared to others in Denver. Would certainly stay there again.

Check-in and check-out was simple and friendly at the Sleep Inn. Given other reviews, it must depend on who is working the front desk! This is a simple hotel with comfortable beds, clean bathroom and big screen TV. We flew to Denver, rented a car and drove ourselves to the hotel. We came here for a brief overnight stay before heading to the mountains. Breakfast was adequate with eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt and waffles.

I do not recommend The Sleep Inn Suites on Tower Road. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Our flight came in late to Denver from Cabo San Lucas and we called our original hotel the Sleep Inn Suites to ask about the shuttle and if we could use their freezer to store the fish we caught. The night manager said no and hung up on me mid sentence of my question. We took the shuttle to the Sleep Inn Suites, and when we walked in there was a lady and a sketchy man in the breakfast area. We waited at the front desk for 5-10 minutes and the lady that was in the breakfast area came to the front desk. We told her our name and started checking in, and asked again about freezer space. She was very rude and again denied the request. We asked if there was any other options or if she knew of anywhere we could store the fish. She had said no, and when we asked about the neighbor hotel she said they wouldn’t either because they were the sister hotel and she did all the ordering and their freezers are full to. She was extremely rude and was not wearing a company shirt or any identification but claimed to be the manager. She was wearing dirty sweatpants and a sweatshirt. At that point we decided to call another hotel. I called the Hampton Inn and Rhonda answered and I asked if she had freezer space for the fish we had caught. She was very friendly and responded yeah we can help you out. We went back to the Sleep Inn Suites manager and told her we had found another room and requested a refund. She denied the request and became very adversarial and argued with my wife in a very unprofessional manner. We requested her manager’s name and number, and again she said she was the manager. We requested contact information for her supervisor so we could request a refund and she told us to “Google it”. We loaded our bags and headed to the Hampton Inn. When we arrived Rhonda the night manager was very kind and professional and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn on Tower Road if you want good customer service and clean nice place to stay. We will definitely be staying with The Hampton Inn and NOT The sleep Inn Suites in the future.

Hotel is fine, shuttle sucks

The hotel in itself is fine. It’s a budget hotel but it is a place to lay your head before heading out on a long travel day. Additionally, a decent breakfast is included. In theory, paying to park at the hotel and using the free airport shuttle is a nice touch as well and we had no issues arriving to the airport in a timely manner, however returning from the airport to the hotel is another story. We were told the shuttle comes every 30 minutes and we waited over 45 minutes to no avail and every time we tried to call the hotel front desk they were just let it ring and go to voicemail. Honestly super disappointing after being exhausted from travel and just wanting to get back to our car at the hotel. Communication and customer service are lacking.

We needed a quick stop after spending time in the mountains before taking flight from denver. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious, recently upgraded. Breakfast was simple but good. We didn't need to talk to reception or explore nearby area but the stay was definitely comfortable
