The luxurious bed and pillows were absolutely wonderful. The towels were fluffy and absorbent which is a minimum for me

The luxurious bed and pillows were absolutely wonderful. The towels were fluffy and absorbent which is a minimum for me being the picky traveler I am. They could work on breakfast but you can’t have everything it was convenient to a lot of dining venues.

Biscuits and Gravy
Opinión escrita el 8 de novembre de 2022
Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable bed, quick check in and friendly staff, but the reason I gave 5 stars was for the biscuits and gravy. I’d given up on hotel free breakfasts, most are horrible, especially the biscuits. These were as good as any I’ve had in any restaurants, and I’m from the Deep South. Shocking because I know they can’t be handmade. I wish I knew the brand, but I think it was the way they were prepared. The sausage gravy was superb too. I usually throw the sausage and gravy away at Hardee’s and Chick-fil-A. This tasted homemade. The eggs and sausage patties were more typical of hotel food. But that didn’t matter because the biscuits and sausage gravy made a full breakfast. My husband said the pancakes were better than most too. Hope to stay again.

Great, clean hotel with a lot of space and comfortable bed. Traveling across Tennessee so I only stayed one night but it was very nice. The morning breakfast was good and sufficient. This hotel was updated recently. I have stayed here on previous trips and all have been good. Will definitely stay again.

relative visit.

The holiday inn express and suites in Dickson is a very comfortable clean and convenient place to stay. It has a wonderful free breakfast buffet with many choices and good food. the only problem I can caution people about was the pet fee of 50 dollars a day. I looked all over the website and could only find where they were pet friendly and charges may occur. I kind of thought of that as if my pet did damage I would be charged. just wish this info was better posted in the general descriptions. I thought all the staff was friendly and helpful. next time we visit, we will probably stay here again. there are also a number of good places to eat right by the place. easy as pie.

Super friendly staff & comfortable bed!!

After canceling reservations at a different hotel we were able to get a room here at the Holiday Inn in Dickson. What a wonderful and pleasant stay we had!!! We checked in on Friday May, 6th to room 101. The young man at the front desk was very helpful. Our room was SPECTACULAR!! Super clean, and USB chargers all over the place! I LOVED the soap/shampoo/conditioner in the shower. It smelled amazing. It wasn’t that cheap crap at other places. Let’s talk about the BED. Probably the best sleep we have ever had in a hotel. I loved that there was a real duvet and cover vs just a blanket. When we were ready to check out on Sat morning, the front desk lady (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name. Slim with short hair and beautiful turquoise jewelry) along with a lady from housekeeping (Jessica ?) were super friendly and answered some questions I had when checking out. They asked if we had breakfast and I mentioned we were running late because we slept so good. 😀 They told us to at least grab a muffin or piece of fruit to eat on the road. We have been rewards members with another hotel chain for years, this visit has swayed us to change. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because I felt $200 for one night was a bit much.
