Excelente hotel
Pasamos una noche porque nos pillaba de paso. Hotel recomendable. El desayuno muy bien aunque no había mucha variedad. Limpio. Habitación espaciosa. Personal agradable.

Muy buen hotel a dos horas de Manhattan, las habitaciones estaban muy limpias,baños impecables,todo nuevo y moderno.Tiene unas maquinas de lavado y secado de ropa, por 2 dólares el servicio lavas toda la ropa sucia que tengas.Tiene un buen desayuno y parking gratuito para los huespedes, gimnasio y muy buena atención por parte de los recepcionistas. "You are wellcome" lo escuchaba cada vez que solicitaba información sobre algo, que es mejor que no oirlo nunca.La relación calidad-precio ea muy buena.
Manager is extremely rude, unprofessional, etc.
I have stayed at this hotel for the last 7 fridays due to convenience of location (even though the entire second floor constantly smelled like marijuanna/cigarettes). On my 7th friday stay, there was an issue in which i waited two hours to be able to enter my room (patiently - and without gruntleness). This last stay, I got charged a 150$ smoking fee even though the person and I were captured on camera going in and out to our vehicle to smoke. I tried calling 3x over the weekend, finally got ahold of Tim the manager - he assured me they had "proof" we smoked in the room (even though I didn't). Every single stay I've had, I clean up whatever little mess we made the night prior - (take out the trash put it neatly out on the floor, clean off the vanity from my makeup). After telling him the photograph he sent to me could not have possibly been from me, and i kindly asked him to speak to me regarding the situation, he basically didn't listen to a word I said and told me if I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company I would never be allowed to step foot in their hotel again. As I was extremely nice and initiated I wanted to get to the bottom of it with him, he kept blowing me off and being extremely disrespectful. The toilet bowl picture looks like someone dumped a cup of something in it with a cigarette butt. I'm absolutely disgusted that this is how management treats loyal customers - and to also be threatened about a dispute that I'll never be allowed in again because I asked to talk about a fee I shouldn't have (as there's proof of us leaving the hotel multiple times to smoke cigarettes outside). I guess I should have been turned away when the manager told a guest to stay away from a 2 year old child who was without their parents because - they might get "falsely accused". 0/10, would not recommend.
Cleanest hotel ever !!!!!!
Absolutely EXCELLENT!!!!! Above and beyond my expectations and all at a great price. The staff are absolutely wonderful, when I first arrived, Katrina greeted me warmly and checked me in and even made me laugh ( I wasn’t in the best of moods when I arrived due to the poor experience I had at another hotel the night before), however, her cheerful and positive demeanor quickly changed my mood. I have stayed in dozens and dozens of hotels and this is the cleanest place by far. The little note in my room said that Robby L. Cleaned my room and he even put a little smiley face and a note that said have a great stay. The attention to detail from the housekeepers is phenomenal. I have been a house keeper before and I know what to look for. Everything was absolutely spotless, and smelled so clean and wonderful . Especially with this virus going around and having two small children, I was truly amazed by how clean it was. Also I gotta say a great place to go if you have smaller children, the room is very safe, no sharp edges near the beds,(if you’re worried about them falling off ) and not too high up either. Those housekeepers need a raise or maybe a party or something because they are the BEST! They even have a laundry area for guests and vending machines that take cash or card. I even met the owners, who were extremely friendly (such a cute couple). You guys are awesome, you really made me feel at home, so much that I extended my stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back !
Booked this room so I could study for a big test and it did not go well
I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel before. Booked this room so I could study for a big test the following day and it did NOT go well. Upon arrival the sink would not drain and maintenance was able to come up and fix it, no biggie. As the night went on the entire first floor began to REEK of weed. The hotel was very loud for a good amount of the evening which is understandable for a Friday night. Multiple individuals on the floor were making lots of noise so at 11 pm I called the front desk to ask them what could be done about the noise and the smell of weed because my friend had asthma and the smell was so overwhelming in the air. I was told he could call the rooms around us to ask them to quiet down but he was unable to do anything about the person smoking weed. The man at the front desk made some calls and it quieted down for a bit. Our neighbors immediately next door continued to talking loudly and laugh until 1:30 Am. Again, i called the front and they asked them to quiet down. During my phone call the guy at the front desk said "well she said she was going to bed so I'm not sure what you could be hearing", that woman and her friends certainly were not asleep. Her and her friends did not end up quieting down until about 2 am. Upon going to the bathroom in the middle of the night I was met with a massive spider which was very fun Additionally there were weird markings or spills on the wall and bedsheet. I understand that you can't control every single person in a hotel but I should have been able to get some sleep there for the amount i paid for the room.
