Everything was OK. Rooms have a lot of space and beds are confortable. They have a nice place to workout. Breakfast was much better than I expect. Location is near almost everything. The most important thing, the hotel have a free parking.

The staff were amazing and over accommodating. The rooms were clean and the entire hotel smelled fantastic and clean. Parking was easy and accessible. Felt safe. I will stay there anytime I'm in Miami again.

I’ve been staying at this location since 2019 and purposely go back every time specifically because of the staff and how accommodating they are. Hotel and room are very clean and very welcoming. I’ll keep going back.

The Hyatt place west in Doral has seen better days. It was chosen so my husband could easily get to client sites. Firstly the pool area was out of bounds for ‘Covid reasons’ which was just nonsense. Nobody around the hotel was wearing masks (staff or visitors) but you were not allowed to sit outside in the fresh air? The bathroom was very small and the shower little more than a trickle. However the worst thing was the Air Conditioning unit; it was so old. It made so much noise that you couldn’t sleep at night with the A/C on, therefore the night was uncomfortably hot in the Florida heat., but even worse still was that when the A/C was switched off there was the acrid smell of cigarette smoke coming through the unit, even though there are signs in the hotel saying that it was a smoke free area and there was a $200 penalty for the smell of smoke! All complaints fell on deaf ears. After a few sleepless nights we moved hotels. This is not somewhere I would stay again.

A bit remote, and really needed access by car. Nowhere near the train stations, but there were good bus links within a 20 min walk of the hotel. The rooms were very basic but damp and lacking any airflow. The corridors smelt of smoke too. I wouldn't really recommend for anything more than a one night stay if going to the airport.
