Entering the facility at first hand is okay, thought it was nice for a consider 3 star. But when we got off the elevator, all that changed. Our room was directly across from the elevator and upon immediate thought “those doors look unapproachable” paint chipping and the hall felt heavy like thick air. Going into the room, there was a large crack in the wall, they had this flat pillowed, stained sofa. The bathroom was disgusting with corroded soap fixtures, grout missing from tub and toilet. Closet door wouldn’t stay closed. Smoke detector hanging from bedroom ceiling. I sprayed the whole room with lysol and started noticing little black bugs jumping on my nephew and the bed. Opened the dishwasher and it was a live roach in it, a dead one on the kitchen floor and a live one crawling from up under the refrigerator. I immediately grabbed my bags a left. We didn’t stay in that room 10 minutes before leaving. This should be a -5 star motel because you can clearly see that management does NOT care about their facility! I can’t believe the range of monies they are asking to compete with other hotels and they are well below the bar. Only thing good about this hotel was the front desk staff, they were amazing with checking us in although I should’ve known something was wrong when she offered us lysol. Upon checking out, the gentleman was very understanding and grateful to help is out with cancellation.

Stayed two nights just because room has a fridge and I like to have dinner at the room after work. Purchased my two meals and put them on the fridge the day I checked in, next day I come back to have dinner and find out fridge is broken and my food is loss (chicken salad and meat sandwich). Asked the hotel for a $10 reimburse and they say they will call me. I am either cheap or these hotel lacks principles. IHG member 581178276

Terrible, no housekeeping service only every two weeks and did not get that, garbage not picked up, manager with nasty attitude Stay away, not worth the money, stay at Hilton or Marriott, anything but Staybridge

I was able to check in before check in time, however my room is not as clean as it should be. Upon getting off the elevator to our room you can feel and smell the moisture and mildew in the air. Our room is directly in front of the elevator and our door has a huge gap underneath it. The entryway floor was dirty with shoe markings, food crumbs and smeared raisins. I showed the person cleaning the room next door. She sprayed some cleanser and ran a dry towel over it. It still was not clean. Our room was musty and humid. The curtains are visibly dirty, I don't even want to touch them to open and close them. The balcony is nice but too loud to enjoy and it faces another building. The closet smells of smelly, dirty, wet, funky sneakers, and the hangers are dirty. Thank God the doors close to keep the smell out because I'm definitely not using it. The toliet looks clean but smells of urine, and the floors have shoe markings as well. The couch needs to be thrown in the trash. It's so lumpy, hard and uncomfortable. I didn't change rooms because the hotel is sold out. My room is fully paid for so getting a refund and changing locations takes time and extra money I don't have. I took a trip to the store for cleaning products. I got on my hands and knees and cleaned the floors. Bleach to the base of the toliet took the urine smell away. I wiped all surfaces and handles for the finger smears I saw and didn't see. I re cleaned the kitchen and its dishes. Turning the air conditioner up, Plug ins, and scented candles masked the stuffy moisture of the room. I also placed a towel under the door to keep the hallway smell and moisture out. Overall I'm very unhappy with how they clean their rooms especially during a pandemic. I would not recommend this location and I will not be a returning customer.
Great for a long stay

Stayed here for over a month for work and enjoyed my stay. Rooms are a good size and have a kitchen with full side refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and pots/pans, dishes and silverware. Front desk is friendly. Has free washer and dryers too.
