No semi truck parking
Was told they have semi parking when in arrive it is just a lot next to motel iced over and snow covered not maintained. Not a happy camper. Dont tell a guest u have something u don't this is a oilfield town so truck parking is important.
Nice hotel. No worries.
Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Last minute change for a large family group due to another hotel being very poor condition. Nice pool. Standard breakfast. Can't go wrong with this hotel.
Great value
Slept my family of 5 here in 1 room (didn't lie either). Two queens and a pullout couch. My only complaint is the mattresses were too soft for me. But everyone else slept well. The room was modern and clean, with microwave and bigger fridge/freezer. Pool and hot tub area were good to relax, or for kids to unwind. Gym was adequate too. The continental breakfast opened at 6:30, and was good-had everything for a balanced meal! They also keep coffee out all day and night with either cookies or fruit! We would definitely stay here again!
From greeting to good byes, this place was great
Enjoyed the personal greeting, and also the quick move to a new room when our heater would do nothing but blow cold air. And it was in the '30's on this May evening in WY. New room was large, with a king bed and a seating area. Felt more like a home than a motel room. All lamps had plug outlets (glad to see more and more places doing this) for all the things we need to plug in. Breakfast was crispy bacon with a fresh-tasting cheese omelet. I know it couldn't be fresh, but somehow the egg was soft and the cheese was runny and it tasted great. Pleasant staff in the breakfast room and at the front desk. Very pleasant stay.
A good place to stay.
I like this hotel. The staff was polite professional and very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. Clean rooms, safe area. A great place to stay for the price. A good place to stay when you want to be able to go to Casper, Cheyenne or Mount Rushmore.
