very nice hotel IBIS, well located just by a Shopping Center, which makes it very easy to shop and dine. The rooms are clean, and if you wantt to eat at the hotel, they serve a few plates. Breakfast is very good and serves from 06:30 on.

The service when it comes to reception, empathy employee, is not good, some have bravery of feature, some are grumpy, rude and not helpful. Lack of information about places around. The location is a strong point because the hotel stand next to a mall. The breakfast is also very good.

Well, everything was good, the service, the employees, but if they make the internt a litte faster, would be good, 'cause I had some work to do and the internet slowed me down a little, but is not a big deal.

Ibis Dourados is a decent hotel at a good rate. The rooms are comfortable and have an appropriate size. The bed is comfortable. However, the sound proofing is not great and you can hear noises from the nearby rooms. The breakfast was also good

Great stay - would not have stayed elsewhere!

We had to stay in Dourados for one night, prior to our drive to Bonito. After reviewing our choices we opted for the ibis because we already knew the brand, and we are so happy we did! The hotel is just what you expect from an ibis: clean, comfortable, and with a great location (next to a shopping mall and a park). The service was courteous and they happily assisted us with some last-minute queries about Bonito. Breakfast was nice - different breads, spreads, cakes... I would definitely recommend this hotel.
