Very surprised to have the option of food and beverages offered on the main floor. Enjoyed having a microwave in the room. Breakfast was served in the morning. Looked very good. Definitely be recommending this Hilton Hotel.

The staff was very professional and friendly. I felt very welcomed. Also the restaurant was excellent. The waitress was friendly and attentive to our needs. We didn’t have ti wait around for service and the food was of good quality and quantity for the price.

I used to be a M rewards member but ran into some bed bugs and switch over to Hilton. Love this place. People are always nice here and the rooms are clean. They redid some rooms during the pandemic and they are very nice. Surroundings are quiet and you can get a good nights rest here.

At the Garden Cafe at 8:25 pm, I ordered 12 buffalo wings and was given 12 raw, pink and bloody wings that where barely covered in sauce. I literally sent back 2x and on the 3rd Chef Donald finally made them correctly. If it wasn't for Chef Donald, the white cook constantly keep cooking and serving raw chicken 2x and when I told the bartender he completely dismissed me like I was bothering him by asking for a remake. This was extremely unexceptionable for a Hilton. I will never come back!!!

We needed a room pronto this morning (it was 2:30am) and booked through a third party. The third party booking had some hiccups -kudos to them, they ran damage control well and fixed my issue to perfection-thank you. * Sabriya was on the clock and she treated my son and I with so much care and respect for our predicament. She fielded calls from the party hotel website more than once to get our situation remedied. We appreciate her care, concern and professional/helpful manner. Ms. Sabriya....Thank you for coming to work this morning. We acknowledge and appreciate you. * Ms. Chamran: Thank you for following up with me upon checkout. It was so nice to see you check in on our stay as we departed. Such a great. seamless follow up to Ms. Sariya's care. Again, thank you for coming to work today. We acknowledge and appreciate your care, concern and professionalism. You exceeded my expectations.
