Questionable experience made right! :)

This location physically is great, unfortunately there were some issues that made me question the standards of this location. Thankfully with the competent leadership of one their managers (Anthony P) all was made right and the highest standards were held thanks to his diligent action and professionalism. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting Austin!! Thank you Anthony!!

Our Birthday Weekend was Amazing!

My friends and I spent our annual celebrate all our birthdays at once weekend at the Fairmont. We spent our weekend on the Gold Level and it was amazing. The staff was helpful and cheerful, the lounge was fun with the candy bar and tapas and so much more. The beds are super comfortable and the room well appointed. This is a wonderful place to spend a special weekend.

We booked at last minute in the midst of SXSW with little expectation. We were delighted by the staff, their prompt desire to correct a minor problem, comfort of the room, and the delicious room service food!

Went on a girls trip here and legit let me just say the Fairmont Gold Lounge is amazing- like why wouldn’t anyone ever do this!? For real the Gold Arrival experience - Jesse the manager is so warm and welcoming - my gf’s made sure to write down everyone that helped us and Fernanda, Sarah, Jack, Dine(sp?) we’re so kind and professional. Wish everyone was like Jesse and his team!

This was the Valentine’s Day and birthday trip to remember. The Fairmont Gold team and their leader Jesse were absolutely unbelievably welcoming, accommodating, went above and beyond and made every second of our trip worth while.
