Best views in the city of Vancouver!! And from all the rooms in the suite: The living room, bedroom and bathtub room. The views are 240* sweep of the city, mountains and ocean. You are surrounded in the centre of the city with multitudes of restaurants, various galleries, many theatres and concert halls.

Don’t make same mistake I did, booked room for medical reason, my brother decided he wanted my husband to stay in same hotel, I thought I canceled my reservation, thinking I would get my 700 back, find out it was none refundable, I canceled my room 8 days before I had to be in Vancouver, we travelled a long way, my brother had open heart surgery, if that is not stressful, being out 700 on a pension, be careful when dealing with this hotel

Covid 19 measures in place. Hotel was very empty, easy parking. The location is perfect for a tourist, lots of food and entertainment within walking distance. The rooms are suites are well appointed. We met up with family so together we had 3 one bedrooms. The unit we stayed was 2954 was more modern and updated than the two rooms other family members were in on the 28th floor. The parking is expensive, really don't need a car.

1 BR. 2 Bath unit, centrally located, great views, comfortable, quiet, most of the comforts of home. Close to great restaurants downtown. Will return again. Only downer are the sirens during night like in any big city. Have been coming here for years.

Booked a one BR/one bath with a sofa bed for 2 adults & 2 children on the 27th floor. Stayed for just 3 days & 2 nights. Spectacular views of the city and walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops around Burrard, Granville and Hornsby area. Khushi helped checked us in (after a little self inflicted mishap) and was wonderful and patient as we sorted things out. Mind you - we were staying at Embarc which only encompasses the upper floors, and she works for the Sheraton but nonetheless, she provided great service! Will definitely stay again!
