Spacious Rooms and Friendly Staff

The room was fine and great having a small kitchen area. The staff were always pleasant and tried to be helpful. Great location with easy walks to Chinatown, Gastown, Canada Place and transit. The hot breakfast was a scary situation during COVID with lots of guests wandering around in the diningroom without facemasks and there was no protocol to check vaccine status for people being unmasked in this common area.

We stayed here 2 nights at the beginning of Dec. This was our first time in Vancouver, this was a great location on Robson St. Easy walk to stores, restaurants, Chinatown and Gastown. Our suite was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Great selection of breakfast foods. Would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites on Robison St.

Front desk was not helpful or friendly to my son. My child accidentally ordered a movie which was unbeknownst to any of us. I found the tv rather convoluted and I had a charge of $28 that was not refunded. When I spoke to the front desk he said it’s too bad “take it from his allowance” seriously?.
No complaints really

Great service! Clean rooms. Scheduling time in the hot tub was new, but understandable. Continental breakfast was okay. If I would suggest any improvements, maybe different sausages, hash browns and/or fruit options. It was weird there was no genuine maple syrup at a Canadian hotel, but I can see how easily it was be wasted. Other than noise from guests coming on and off the neighboring elevator (which the hotel can do little about), the place was quiet.
Would have been better if we got a good rest

We were put in a room next to the elevator. We could hear people clear as day as they waited for elevators all through out the night and early morning. Which caused us not to get much sleep. Next time will remember ear plugs
