Noisy BUT Convenient
Great location, walk everywhere including skytrain Noise from other rooms, felt like they were in our room! Definitely an old hotel, BUT room was clean. Bed was firmer than my liking. Pub attached to hotel was okay, BUT also old....chairs need to be recovered
Very small for the cost
We found the rooms very small for the cost and in addition had to pay for parking. There were no amenities to speak of, The service was good and the staff polite. The location was fine and convenient for accessing downtown Vancouver sites.
Building and rooms feel really old. Mattress felt old, bathroom had some kind of film on the floor from the cleaning product, and it really smelled like cleaner too. The location is really good though, but can be noisy on weekends
Poorly ran place in downtown Vancouver
We arrived and the heat in the room didnt work, the resolution from the staff was for us to just sit and wait. Meanwhile my wife had to proceed with breastfeeding in the hallway. The heater took nearly 20 minutes before it started to work and spit out dust balls every 30 minutes. They say parking is available but at $30+ per day which is not noted. The water took 15 minutes before it got warm. The restaurant downstairs opens at 7am, however no staff arrived until almost 9am. One of worst hotels I have stayed at. Will not stay again.
Not a secure parking lot
Very noisy during the night. My vehicle & another person parked in the parking lot got broken into so I advise to park elsewhere. It’s located right on Granville street which is a good location to get anywhere.
