This hotel is very grand and impressive, when we arrived it initially felt too posh for us but we soon settled in. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and everywhere around the hotel says luxury. The main pool is huge and a lovely setting but we preferred the adults only pool, which is free you just need to reserve it. Your beach towels are placed on your beds, a cool box is brought to your sun bed with ice and water and staff even come round to clean your sunglasses! Our room was spacious with a sofa, large bed, lovely garden view and again felt very luxurious. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and everything is to a high standard. We stopped here for 3 nights on our way home from the Maldives and would definitely stop here again if passing through Dubai.. . An idea of prices it’s approx £10 for a glass of wine or a beer and £30 for a burger and fries, all the food we tried was lovely.

We love this hotel. It’s simply the best Dubai experience bar none. It’s luxurious Arabian architecture nestled in stunning gardens right on the beach provides an oasis for relaxing whilst all the energy of Dubai is on your doorstep - it’s the best of both worlds. The team love their jobs and we are super thankful for for the care and attention of Mr Jobi and his colleagues in the Gold Club. We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else when in Dubai.

The most amazing place to stay for quality - quality of food, quality of accommodation, quality of facilities and most important of all - the quality of the staff. Whilst the location is I think the best in Dubai - what makes this place exceptional is the staff. I seriously can not fault this place - it is luxurious and yes the price reflects that but you will not be disappointed.

We have just come back from a 2 weeks break in the One&Only Royal Mirage. Everything was most perfect. We enjoyed every single moment, from the rich breakfast to the great dinners in the various restaurant, such as the Argentine Restaurant, the Asian Restaurant, the Indian R., the Moroccan Restaurant and not to forget the classy French Restaurant ,Celebrities'. The food in all those establishments were outstanding. Not to forget to mention the employees. They looked after us so well. We have to point out Jobi and Prisca, from the Gold Club, Rahul the manager of the Palace, Clara from the breakfast room and Philipp, the pool men. They made our stay most special and we felt like at home. We will be back soon and want to thank all of the team of the Palace for making our stay most special. Thank you! Back at the Palace 2022 - Exceptional experience

Coming into April2022 was so excited to be going back to staying at the Palace Hotel which we have been staying for last 15 years . When staying at the Palace you really feel your coming home. The drive to the entrance brought a smile at our face. The wonderful team as usual had a warm welcoming smile like family. The Pool staff were so accomodating having our lounger and drinks ready every morning. The new inifinity pool looks amazing. Thank you Team Esplanade and Team Olive for the best hospitality. Mr Rahul Sharma and Mr. Ricardo Cornette, the managers continues to lead a team with good kindness and caring and also has put in new ideas . it remains private and luxirous and yet the team so warm and friendly. Thank You all for the unforgettable stay We look forward to coming back in October. Will always our number 1 place to stay in Dubai.
