I stumbled upon the hotel while in search for a relaxing beverage in my vicinity after a long day. There is a club-like bar on the 1st floor with live music. Pretty good. I went down to the sports bar called Goodfellas, one floor down. Really good, with TV screens all over the place. Joyce there is outstanding! She is Very perceptive,friendly and accommodating. She is one of those ones that you would ask "what do you recommend?" And be assured that she will recommend honestly,based on your preference, not just recommend the most expensive.
Worst place i have ever seen
I visit with my friends & we had Very bad experince and in this covid there is no saftey steps are taken like no distance no santisation and service is terrible and secuirty is so stupid there once i went for washroom when i came back he is not allowing me to go inside he is saying that am coming from outside and than i call my friends and i I show my things which i leave on my table inside after that he allow me so dissappointed really not reccomend to anyone and not going to visit again .

This hotel is one of my favourite place which before the COVID, we dine and party always at one of the bar Rock bottom, Udaya who I assume is one of the superior has failed in his duty by keeping my wife who was asked to check in before my arrival outside despite paying the hotel room rate until my arrival for almost 4hours, we all work in several hospitality field and don’t treat humans the way he did by not only keeping her outside but refuse to assist her in getting her WiFi as to be able to drop me message since my mobile ain’t available .many thanks to the. Receptionist that checked me out indeed appreciate Going extra beyond I guess is hospitality#room 1303 Chk GMT 12:20...chkOUT/half past 12 on 7/7/20
