Terrible Customer service

If a very dissatisfied guest that had a terrible experience (waterpipe broke and we couldn't take a shower that resulted to an early checkout, no follow up from Management) with their previous stay at your property wishes to speak with the GM just escalate the call. Katie (the name she provided over the phone) an employee of this property who tried her best to make this call very difficult shouldn't be in this industry. The reason why you still have a job is because of the continued support of your IHG patrons despite of this pandemic. Do not humiliate your hotel guest over the phone.
Nice Place, lovely staff

Nice hotel in the center of Dublin - Although Dublin does not really have a center, its more of a patchwork of malls. We were there for St Patrick's Day celebrations which because of the Coronavirus were all cancelled. But we stayed anyway. The hotel is perfect, not five star but was clean, met our expectations and the staff were some of the most friendly and welcoming you could fine. The breakfast buffet was not extravagant but was good enough with fruit, cereals, breads and the usual eggs bacon etc.
A few things in the rooms were a bit off like the shower control was hard to operate and you would be afraid you might brake it. The a/c was loud and the TV the most complicated device to operate, but that might just be me. The WiFi was brilliant and free.
The bar was OK and they served some food . The Happy Hour nibbles at €4 were great. The bar lady was really good at her job and she could remember each of our party's drinks from night to night and made us feel very welcome. We would have liked the bar to stay open a bit later. That because we were on holiday and there for St Patrick's. I am sure it was late enough for the most business guests. The they did have a dinner menu which would suit the tired traveler and there is an Outback steakhouse just across the parking lot. We will be back.
The staff is superb!!!

I came out here for a family function only to find out I can’t be let on the military base out here and had to get a hotel in Dublin ca. When I booked with them I wasn’t sure because I was so surprised at the pricing being good. They had breakfast, they are close to everything I thought it had to be a mistake, however everything checked out. When it was time to check in these people made my life so easy, and made sure if I had any issues to contact them. The one little issue I had when I first Got there was nothing because of how fast they got into the solution and out of the problem. This is definitely a staff that cares. The rooms are clean, the pool and the hot tub are awesome and the fitness room is more than I expected. Definitely stay here is your in the Silicon Valley on a budget.
It was a very nice stay

We arrived just after a torrential rain storm, soaking wet and cold. There was a mistake when they assigned us to a room. It was not clean. But they took care of the issue and reassigned us a room right next to the laundry. For this stay that was PERFECT.
All the staff was friendly and helpful.
Dated, but updated and served our every need

We got this hotel at the last minute on Hotwire, for a discount, due to last minute business in the area. Being a business hotel, it is still very pricy during the work week, with such a dynamic business environment (and Silicon Valley) nearby.
It must have been built in the late 70's, as it still has popcorn ceilings in the rooms, and the long narrow hallways in different directions. That part of it was not impressive. However, the lobby area and our room was completely fine.
The only element that did not meet our needs was we were supposed to get a King room and it was a small Queen room, but it was fine for one night. Maybe a Hotwire glitch. Room was super clean -- with a desk and good-sized dresser, as well as a comfortable side chair. Also, a mini-fridge and microwave. Plenty of mirrors, on the closet door and bathroom door. The bathroom had some modern features (fixtures, upgraded accessories, mirror, etc.). Towels were fine.
We had one minor problem --- we could not get the shower to go on. Called for maintenance and they were up helping us in less than 5 minutes. For some reason, you had to pull the control way harder than anyone should have to. Otherwise, good shower (new shower head, water supply was just fine).
Staff was very courteous and friendly. In the morning, they have the USA Today and plates of warm, freshly-made cookies. There are also vending machines in the long hallways, as well as morning brewed coffee.
For one night, all was well. We'd stay there again, if in the area. It was nice to have a restaurant/bar in the hotel as it was freezing cold outside, by the time we got there. We did not use the indoor pool (across an open-air breezeway, in another building) or fitness room in this short visit.
