Located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the canal park area with a generous shuttle. The sauna is nice and warm. The pool itself is small, but well taken care of.. We had a non harbor view, but with the walkout balcony, it seemed real roomy.
Good Place to Stay

We were happy to find a hotel on the harbor; the view was lovely. Our room was everything that it needed to be. It was priced relatively high, being a busy weekend in Duluth. The breakfast offered more choices than most. The staff did a very good job: friendly and efficient.

I was very impressed with our room on the 3rd floor middle of the Hotel, it was clean and had view of the harbor, I love the balcony and how personal it felt. All staff were wonderful and made us feel welcomed all the time, they were all very courteous and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was great and had a good selection of items, Park Point Marina to me is located in the middle of the best along the Marina and the view is spectacular looking out from your suite. I plan on visiting Park Point Marina again!
Awesome stay for our basketball team - or anyone looking to stay close to Canal Park!

Really enjoyed our stay at Park Point. We were really close to Canal Park without having to pay the higher prices. Our 8th grade boys basketball team all stayed there and the staff made for a veryt enjoyable experience by allowing us to bring dinner in and eat in the meeting room - MUCH better than going out on the town for us. But if you did want to go to Canal Park, it's so close by and easy to get there. One thing to note - it is on the other side of the Lift Bridge, so be sure to know the schedule of ships coming in to plan your day so you don't get stuck! The hotel did provide a list of ships coming in, which was cool. The breakfast buffet had several choices and well-staffed. All in all we'd highly recommend and would look to stay here again!
Park point does NOT disappoint.

The first time I stayed at Park Point Marina Inn, was when the hotel first opened. My oldest son was 4 when that happened. He's now 12. This time I decided to stay with my kids as we attended Bentleyville. It was wonderful being able to park my vehicle for the night, and not having to worry about traffic to Bentleyville. We got on the shuttle, and were dropped off at Canal Park, where you could walk, or take the jingle bus. When we got back, we went for a swim in their pool, and when my kids said they were hungry. I ordered Pizzas from the hotel. They were amazing, and asked if I wanted to charge them to my room, or pay for them right away. They even delivered them to our room, with plates and napkins, and Parmesan to boot. The pizzas arrived hot, and were bar quality. They were delicious. After a night of restful sleep in their nice beds, we woke up to a beautiful sight of it snowing in Duluth. We got dressed and headed down stairs for their complementary breakfast. It was fresh, and smelled so good. We enjoyed their waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, and cereal. The only thing I wish they had, was unsweetened almond milk creamer. As I'm diabetic, and lactose intolerant. But I managed. After breakfast we went back to our room for the kids to change into their swimsuits for one more swim before we headed home. The water was warm, however I don't know if the pool had been vacuumed the night before, as garbage was floating on the bottom. Nothing gross, just a tag from something, and what looked to be wrappers. The staff is amazing. My son forgot his souvenir in the lounge after eating breakfast, and the tall, long haired male employee, picked it up and saved it for him. Austin at check was amazing, and very friendly all night when I needed something. Sara in the morning, upon checking out had a good laugh. Janet was wonderful, and so kind when my inquisitive son was asking her questions. As a Mother of three, two which have autism. It can be tough to go anywhere that is out of their routine. Park Point however, was perfect for them. Not crowded, not loud. They really enjoyed their stay.
