One of the Worst Fairfield Inns I Have Frequented.
Opinión escrita el 16 de Junio de 2021
I average 180 nights a year in Marriott properties. This Fairfield Inn is truly one of the worst. The rooms are musty & smell like smoke. No microwaves in the room & small refrigerators. The ice machine is missing the tray, so there’s no base to set anything upon.
The breakfast food had so few items there was a line for the 2 days I stayed there. One pan of powdered eggs with an inch of water in them, & a few sausage links. 2 waffle makers put out but no waffle mix to make waffles. A few sparse yogurts in the fridge. Packaged cereal with mostly kids fare. Both mornings, guests were waiting for eggs. Completely understaffed & lacking in food & choices.
The room had a third of a roll of toilet paper & no back-up. I had to walk to the front desk to get it. This is just a few of the experiences I encountered. This is a terrible, unkept property.

The best part about my stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Peoria East was the friendly and helpful hotel staff. Upon check-in, my room was clean and decent looking (although, at this time, due to COVID, there's no cleaning service during the stay), and the breakfast service is reasonably good. The hotel is conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants and stores. On the Saturday of my stay, I was jolted awake by an unrequested wake-up call that came in at 5 a.m. I notified the front desk of this problem, but unfortunately, I was also awakened on Sunday by another unrequested 5 a.m. wake-up call. But I'm happy to say that after checking out and arriving home, I was contacted by Alexis, the general manager, who kindly reimbursed me for my trouble and lost sleep! It's rare these days to receive this kind of resolution and reflects very favorably on their mission to provide excellent customer service. Mistakes happen, and because of Alexis' willingness to address this issue, I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others.
Never disappointed at the Fairfield INN in Peoria

Joelle, at the front desk greeted us on the 26th. She was very welcoming when we arrived. After a long day of driving it was nice to be greeted so warmly.
She gave us some good suggestions for dinner. We opted to head to Culver's
since we had been there before and it was really close. Marriott is building a new
Residence Inn right in front of the building.
The room was on the first floor and very clean. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower
Gayle was very efficient in serving breakfast. She mentioned she had been at the Fairfield Inn for 9 years and you could feel the pride she felt. You could have scrambled eggs, I chose the yogurt and bagel.
Robert, the night auditor was very friendly and we left early in and he wished us
safe travels. I was so impressed with all the staff.
Will suggest this property if they are going to be in Peoria.
No complaints on the service. I was disappointed the swimming pool was closed

We chose Fairfield for our stay as they serve a hot buffet- eggs with meat, packaged pastries, fruit, toast, etc, yogurt, juice. Coffee and tea I think 24/7.
Super clean hotel. Pleasant and helpful
staff- front desk, cleaning people. Breakfast staff lady Carol was so fun made us laugh even though she was short staffed. Great hotel convenient location.
Great room and price

We stayed for an overnight at the hotel. Service was excellent. The room was quiet, clean and we slept well. I would suggest booking the side of the hotel away from the highway as we did so you don't hear the traffic.
Breakfast was good.
