This place is very UnMarriott like outdated rooms bedsheets with stains cracks in ceiling bathroom floor even lamp shade with holes the front desk was not friendly or very helpful at all and had attitude but they did change our room but very much same situation I always stay at Marriott because the I have always had trust that it will be clean and I have never had this experience think we will have to spend a couple more bucks and go with Hilton. I wish I could post more videos and pics of this place 😡😡

We stopped here twice on this trip, to and from Florida. Brittany at the front desk checked us in both times and I've never had a hotel check-in go that fast! What a welcome treat after a long day of driving. Hotel is not new, but it's clean, the beds are comfy, the breakfast hot and plentiful with more smiling staff to help. It's everything you need for a quick stop on your road trip. Ooh and the shower blasts lots of hot water. We left here and stopped at Lookout Mountain/Rock City on the way to Nashville, which I also recommend.

Stayed one night here with our pet ($50/night fee). Room adequate/average for the price we paid. Beds comfortable and surroundings clean, although neighborhood a bit shabby but seemed safe. Some road noise at night was annoying. Breakfast adequate, service friendly. All in all, average but not much "bang for the buck."

This was the second time we chose to hang our hat for the night at this Fairfield by Marriott when traveling through Chattanooga on I-75 on our way to FL. Last time was a few years back. Not much had changed other than Covid restrictions and that is good. They appear to us to be making an erstwhile effort to remain consistent in their effort to offer a clean and safe stay at a fair price. Nice King suite cost us $108.66 total with taxes. For that we will reward them and continue to stay with them at their convenient location off I-75 on future driving vacations south. Free breakfast is still just grab and go packaged food items over 1 year after Covid. Bummer but better than nothing. Several nearby restaurants choices. We'd recommend Champy's or Cracker Barrel.

I feel anymore that staying at Fairfield Inn can be a crapshoot - some of the properties are kept up better than others; some have grab and go breakfast bags during COVID and some dont. But our experience at the East Ridge property was great - incredible service at check in. It appeared to me that there really was an emphasis on cleaning and COVID safety. And I was super excited to see they provided copy of local newspaper. I can't remember the las time I've seen that on the road but it was a pleasant surprise. Thanks for doing a great job
