Stayed overnight passing through the city. Hotel feels old and run down. Wall paper peeling. Bed felt worn. The bathroom had no bath towels. Yes, you can call front desk and get one but hard to address when you’re standing there looking for one as you get out of a shower. Breakfast was good since most holiday inn breakfasts are the same. Passing through on our way home we stayed somewhere else.

The staff is 100% great!! The hotel could use an update, eg: room key is a card that has to be inserted, not available to unlock door with an app. The hotel is what I call 80% clean. The upper 10% and the lower 10% could use a good old fashion cleaning. The treadmill in the exercise room has a layer of dust on the bottom part. The carpets could use a shampooing or replacement. I chose this hotel because of the location and the overall price. I would stay again based on price and location. The entire staff was wonderful. The breakfast was exceptional and the pancake machine was a great alternative to the standard waffle maker. Both breakfast attendants (week & weekend) were very attentive. Overall I would give 3.8 out of 5 stars.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn for three nights for business and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel lobby was inviting and check in was a breeze. We needed a business document printed and the front desk staff were more than happy to help out. The room was very clean and comfortable. Typical room with a small desk, fridge, and large bathroom. A nice breakfast was offered each morning- typically omelets, sausage, yogurts, breakfast bars, assorted pastries and even pancakes. There was a small pool, fitness center and vending machine. It’s obvious the manager’s number one priority is the experience of the guests. Will stay here again.

We spent two nights at he Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Dewitt. We were very pleased with the hotel. It is conveniently located for the things we wanted to do in Syracuse. The staff at the front desk, the breakfast area and the cleaning staff were all very professional, friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again if we have to come to Syracuse.

We stayed here recently while attending a family wedding in the area. Since it was during the pandemic there some of the amenities were limited but that is beyond the control of the hotel. Breakfast was a grab bag that was OK but there was no real gluten free option - they gave us two pieces of fruit instead which is not a real breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.
