The Promenade Guest House

The standard of the room and en-suite surpassed all expectations, beautiful little touches made the experience an absolute joy! The Covid friendly breakfast was served to the room which contained a lovely selection of fresh baked pastries as well as breakfast sandwich of choice to order with juice etc included. We had a sea view with a table for 2 in the window which topped the experience. Nothing was too much trouble for these two great hosts. Whilst we were in the area, we went on The North Yorkshire Moors Railway which was a beautiful steam train journey from Pickering to Whitby and back, we also recommend the bus ride to Scarborough which from the top deck has some lovely coastal scenery, Bridlington itself also has plenty to do with some exceptional restaurants, especially Supattra Thai restaurant where booking well in advance is a must! This review is a little after our stay which was in October 2020. Disliked · I couldn’t fault anything. We had no issues at all!

I have just got back from 3 nights at the Promenade B & B in Bridlington. I found it by chance but I couldn't have picked better. I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from Danny. My room was compact but very clean and comfortable, even the bottle of water on the bed was welcome as it was a warm day when I arrived. Due to current restrictions there wasn't a cooked breakfast but each morning I had a breakfast bag delivered to the room which I ordered the night before and it was delicious. I will definitely stay again and would happily recommend to anyone thinking of going to Bridlington. If you book direct through their website you get the best price.

Had 4 nights this week at the Promenade and can definitely say it was great. Lovely clean room, comfy bed, perfect little shower room. What's not to like? Danny and Dan were perfect hosts. Have done their homework re the current Covid situation that we are all having to deal with and have smashed it. Excellent breakfast delivered to our room, hot and tasty. Maybe that's the future? We will most definitely be back to stay here.

Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights in the double sea view room. The Guest House is in a lovely location (out of the way of central Bridlington, but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and bars. The Guest House was easy to find by car, with great parking outside the property. The Hosts were very nice, friendly, chatty and accommodating. It's a 2 minute walk to the front, 10 mins to some lovely restaurants, we chose 5 top restaurants on Trip Adviser and pre-booked. The maximum walk to these restaurants from the Guest House was 15 minutes (in heels). I found the property and room to be extremely clean, good natural light and we loved the USB table lamps to charge phones on an evening, without having to find a plug socket. The breakfast came in a bag, pre-ordered the evening before, we chose different things each day and it was very nice. I especially enjoyed the little Apple juice and the Pastries. We will certainly book this Guest House again when in the area, we had a lovely stay. Thank you

Fantastic guest house we stayed for two nights and couldnt fault it lovely people who run it danny and dan room was clean bed very comfortable breakfast was good we steyed in room 4 and we had a sea view.because of the vitus we had our breakfast in our room for social distance which we enjoyed.danny yold us some nice bars and restaurants to go to he couldnt do enough to help our stay be enjoyable we would definitely stay here again thank you so much danny and dan xx
