Like Going Back in Time to 2019!
Reviewed 22 july, 2022
In 2022, most hotels in this basic category are understaffed, barely cleaned, and underwhelming. Not the Fairfield Inn Easton! This hotel exceeds every expectation you may have of a Fairfield. The staff is top-notch. The rooms are sparkling clean. Everything from the carpets to the furniture has been cared for meticulously. Plenty of Fairfield, Courtyard, Springhill, Hampton, and HGI properties used to be this way pre-pandemic. But it's a rare treat to find one in 2022. In one respect, it's even better than a blast from the past: The staff. As others have mentioned, Briana at the front desk is amazing-- going out of her way to greet every guest with a warm smile. The treatment you get from the staff here is comparable to the experience at a St. Regis, a Ritz Carleton, or a Belmond. (Maybe even better than at a Ritz Carleton lately). If you find yourself in Easton, this is the place to stay.

Had the pleasure to stay at this Fairfield inn right outside of historic Easton. Check-in with Brianna was Ritz Carlton quality. She was exceptional! Hotel is spotless and the welcoming chocolate and note is sweet. This is a crown jewel of the Fairfield Inns. Management and staff are doing an exceptional job. Thank you for a job well done!!!

From our warm welcome at check-in, we really enjoyed our family overnight here. General Manager, "Kevin", leads his staff team by personal involvement and example. Our rooms were immaculate, as were the dining, workout and pool areas. The whole facility and grounds are a model for this Marriott facility's standards and have earned appropriate recognition for it. Well done, and thanks for the useful dining recommendations, Kevin. Highly recommended ;-)

Nice Accommodations
Reviewed 10 june, 2022
We spent Memorial Day weekend (two nights) there as a base spot to get to St Michaels and Church Hill. My wife is gold with Marriott so she called the morning of check-in for a room upgrade, which we received. Room was nothing too special, but assume the upgrade gave some extra space as it had two TVs. I was just happy that they acknowledge those of us who have a CPAP machine with the sign indicating to use the plugs on the nightstand light. A nightstand light was on each side of the bed, both with two plugs. So often I struggle to find a place to plug the CPAP in and end up unplugging something or stretching the cord. The mini fridge was lacking a freezer, but the front desk helped us out. My goal was to bring some Scrapple back to Minnesota. The front desk person said she always has to bring Scrapple to her relatives when visiting, so understood the need for a freezer. They put the Scrapple we bought it their kitchen freezer, which performed really well as it was still frozen when I arrived on the flight back to Minnesota. Breakfast was your usual hot and cold stuff. The nice part was the outdoor sitting area. They did wonderful landscaping which even included roses.

Had a 2q room, 4th floor, 2days to take in black water wildlife refuge and nearby attractions in st michaels and Cambridge., including Harriet Tubman underground rr historical park. hotel is well run, small,60+rooms, ac, fridge and microwave, hot and cold breakfast items, lobby coffee. Off of adjacent rte 50 but highway noise non existent. She separate reviews for doc’s bistro and rude bbq.
