Friendly ideal overnight stay

We were going to a show at nearby Usher Hall and decided to stay overnight so booked this little gem near Haymarket. Only a 5 minute walk from the train / trams, great location away from hustle and bustle of the city. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Took our cases early and when we returned later they were in our room. Room was compact but clean and bed was comfy. Ideal for an overnight stay. Nice bar and full Scottish breakfast in the morning for £7 was excellent. Will definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a weekend in Edinburgh. The hotel was in a great location, walkable to princes street (25-30 mins) or to haymarket station (5 mins). The room was ideal for just two people with a very comfortable bed and good shower. It was a peaceful location and we were never disturbed in the night. The bar area downstairs was very nice and reasonably priced for drinks. The owner was very friendly and chatty and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely return if we came back to Edinburgh again.
Perfect hotel to visit Edinburgh!

Amazing experience at No. 32 Hotel!!Perfectly located in a quiet street but very very close to city center and also the airport, with public transports very near, lots of restaurants, coffee shops, monuments and shops all around. Great breakfast, very clean and extremely helpful staff that advices you what to see and cool places to go.
The rooms are so comfortable and have all the amenities you need! It's a small familiar hotel but will certainly gives you big and great memories.

We stayed here for one night with our four month old baby. Minesh and his family were so welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. They set up a travel cot for us whilst we were out and had a high chair ready at breakfast. The hotel itself is really stylish, there’s beautiful ambient lighting in the lobby and the rooms are large, spacious and spotless. We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t recommend it highly enough. We’d definitely try and book a room here again the next time we visit Edinburgh.
What a Gem of a Find.

What a superb hotel, I can not fault it at all, or the people who run it Maneesh and Vinniash. They are so welcoming and genuinely are interested in you as a person not as the customer, the hospitality that they offer, is, 10 out of 10, nothing is too much trouble to do for you, I can't recommend this hotel enough, and the people that make the experience so welcoming. The rooms are large, airy and spotless, and due to originally having to cancel on the day we where suppose check-in due to Covid, good enough Maneesh reassured us that we could reschedule, which we did and what a fantastic stay it was, the only downfall was, we didn't stay longer.
