Been here several times and always great customer service. Rooms really clean. Never had a problem. Recommend it 100% . Every time I'm in Edinburg this is the hotel we stay won't change it my family and kids love it here ...
Living up to their standard
This is my second time visiting the area. When I arrived, the staff greeted me with a big warm Texas welcome. I love the manager, Ms. Anna as i call her and Johnny, the property manager, has a nickname for me and was just as pleasant this time around as he was the first time. The rooms were clean and well maintained. My complaints were handled quickly, but there wasn't many of them. And when I go back again, I will be staying there also because they are so much like being at home. Keep up the great work!!
Urine, You’re Out!
Pungent odor in room, was moved to a downgraded room in the middle of the night with a loud AC wall unit. When I talked to the manager in the morning, he scolded me for not accepting a 10% discount for night #2 as satisfactory.
Good Value
My usual business hotel was booked. I looked in a 5 mile circle and Mainstay Suites came closest to distance and amenities that I usually request. This hotel was a good monetary value and was clean and well kept.

Amazing place to be. The staff was very helpful in every single way. The place was super clean. They welcomed me and my friends very warmly. This place really felt like Home and not just a one day stay. Highly recommend!!
