Stayed in this hotel for 4 months with family back in 2017 (feb-june)
And went back for a month (March 2019)
Same issues as before.
Non paying guest using the pool with thier families & trash the pool area let kids run all over and food inside the pool.
Last Wednesday March 13 2019.
Husband & I watched a few worker try to load a forklift while doing so oil leaked out in front of the pool area.
They had not told the front desk just took off.
That some day non paying pool guest & family come to use the pool & kids are now running through the oil.
Next day my husband goes to the pool area to smoke. Pool now green from the oil.
Husband reports to front desk.
No one comes to clean out the pool still to this day (3/18/19) still dirty.
Washer never works.
Well never return to this hotel in the near future.

The motel was clean but the bed was saggy and noisy from the inner spring. Prices were great fir the area. Eating places near. Parking is near the rooms I stayed in the annexed bldg. Is was well lit and easy access.

This place looked like a newer, nicer looking motel 6, or so I thought. It was away from the highway, in the middle of town, next to a library, across from the police station, backed up to well kept lighted ball field. It seemed safe, clean, and quiet. Not so.
The room was filthy. Walls chipped and crumbling. Layers of dirt around the bathroom doorknob. Mold growing in the corners of the bathroom. The bed was made and it looks like housekeeping did nothing else to the room. No towels. Only a tiny bit of toilet paper left. Coffee stain on floor from previous guests. Fridge sat lopsided in a cavity in the wall. The grounds had been landscaped but there was trash everywhere. The place had potential to be quite nice with some care and upkeep.
They did have a very nice flat screen tv. But it looks like all their maintenance budget went towards buying new tvs and not towards basic maintenance of the property.
After dark the place got loud and rowdy. Our stay was midweek, in Feb. and there were tires squealing in the parking lot, young adults hanging out smoking and drinking on the balcony. What seemed to be a very large family living in one hotel room, with children of all ages,. The mother screaming at the kids between cigarette breaks on the balcony. Not a very restful place to spend the night.
When I complained, the manager offered a partial refund on my room rate. Said to bring my credit card down in the morning for the credit. At 7:30am the front desk was locked up tight. No coffee, no refund, no way I'd recommend this place.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on my way back from a visit to Mexico, and I thought it was just fine! When I walked into the room, I was surprised that it had a "faux" wood floor as opposed to carpeting, but that was fine with me because I always tend to worry about what has been spilled on hotel carpets. I travel quite frequently in Mexico and the vast majority of hotels there have tile floors, so you can always see how clean the room is by seeing how well they clean the floor. You never know with carpeting.
The internet connection was great and they had a microwave and a mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I missed was that they didn't have a coffee maker in the room. They provide coffee in the lobby, but don't offer any kind of breakfast. They could improve their image by providing something in that area.
I kind of liked the "minimalistic" decor, but in my room (which had a king bed), the area by the window seemed empty. Two queen beds would fill out the room, but I think they could provide an easy chair or two with a little reading table in king bed rooms to fill in that void...but that's just my opinion.
The hotel is convenient to the highways and restaurants, and the rate I got at $50.00 (including tax), I thought was a very good value.
