clean and comfortable
check i was quick and easy , preferring to do so in person at the property rather than online , the apartment was clean and comfortable , well equipped studio kitchen with all you will need for any length of stay, ( just remember to bring your own food ) . A large screen TV with free view was a bit of a let down as most channels were not available due to no or poor signal Bathroom was clean with a heated towel rail and a foldaway drying rack , although the towel rail was not working . In all a good place to stay with easy access to most tourist attractions
2 Week self isolation made easy
This Aparthotel proved to be a great place for us to self-isolate for 2 weeks as we moved into the country, and a great price. Check-in was quick and efficient, and we were in our room within minutes. It was a spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Everything we needed was provided. *The water pressure in the shower was a lovely surprise, especially after travelling for so long. The only slight complaint we have was with the bedding. The sheets seem to be too small for the bed, needing to be retucked in every morning as they didn't fully reach over the mattress. Every member of staff we talked to was courteous and made sure we had anything we needed (clean towels, sheets, and replenished dishwasher tablets). We were especially grateful for them taking our ordered food deliveries to us so we could fully isolate. We would absolutely recommend a stay in this hotel.
Great place
The apartment was clean had all the thing you need , kettle, toaster fridge , every thing including a dishwasher. . It is so locally situated on the Royal Mile . A short walk to every thing , would definitely go back and would recommend this hotel to anyone .
Everything you need
We stayed in Adagio first time over the weekend, third floor, room 330 and we loved it. It was a small appartment with a living room, little kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Everything was separated by sliding doors. Both living room and bedroom had a TV, kitchen had a hob, microwave, sink, fridge, pots and pans and all kind of dishes and utensils that you need. We never met anyone else on our block of rooms, was quiet and comfy enough. Room had a thermostat for temperature with air conditioning option so it was nice and warm. Everything was nice and modern. There were no bathrobes or slippers but this is not a problem at all. We found it clean enough. Previous visitors left couple of unwashed dishes in the cupboard but also not a big problem, i think cleaning staff never realised that,because why would someone put dirty dishes back into the cupboard. A bit sad they do not have their own car park, as other ones are quite far, but to be honest not a lot of places in Royal mile have it. Advice for other visitors, bring a laptop because those TV channels are quite poor here, no good movies or anything on, mainly borring shows. Overall, we would most definitely come back, was a good value for the money and loved staying here.
Excellent apartments.
Will definitely be back, the apartments were fantastic and a good size very modern and had everything we needed including an iron and ironing board, we had great views over the city and we found the hotel to be extremely covid safe infact we never came into contact with anyone apart from the reception staff. The only gripe I have is the beds they were like a double sofa bed and weren't the comfiest other than that everything was great, location good in the old town on the same street as the castle and parking a couple of streets away but only a short walk.
